POWIAT PIŃCZOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W PIŃCZOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie pińczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 100 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Pińczowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I lub profilu pomocy II. W ramach projektu przedstawiona zostanie każdemu z uczestników konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzonej analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Pińcz district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 100 persons registered in the County Labour Office in Pińczów. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I or an aid profile II. The project will present to each of the participants a specific offer of professional activation preceded by analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
