Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia i integracja na rynku pracy osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wielickim. Przewidywanym rezultatem jest podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 75 osób. W ramach projektu, każdemu uczestnikowi zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej, dostosowana do jego indywidualnych potrzeb. Będzie ona poprzedzona analizą sytuacji danego uczestnika na rynku pracy, jego predyspozycjami, umiejętnościami oraz problemami zawodowymi. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities and the integration into the labour market of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Wielickie County. The expected result is the employment of 75 people. As part of the project, each participant will be presented with a specific offer of professional activation, tailored to their individual needs. It will be preceded by an analysis of the situation of the participant in the labour market, its predispositions, skills and occupational problems. (English)
