POWIAT MYŚLENICKI - POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W MYŚLENICACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie myślenickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągniecie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniższych grup docelowych - na poziomie co najmniej 43%, dla osób niepełnosprawnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 17%, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 35% oraz dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach – wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 48%. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W projekcie finansowane będą usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Dz. U. z 2016r., poz. 645 z późn. zm.) m.in. szkolenia, staże, bony stażowe, prace interwencyjne, jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. Udzielenie wsparcia(przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej) w ramach usług i instrumentów wskazanych w w/w ustawie poprzedzone będzie pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu, m.in. poprzez opracowanie/aktualizację Indywidualnego Planu Działania, pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodowe. Analiza ta pozwoli na dopasowanie oferty pomocy w taki sposób, aby odpowiadała na rzeczywiste potrzeby danego uczestnika projektu. Każdy uczestnik otrzyma ofertę wsparcia obejmującą wszystkie formy wsparcia z uwzględnieniem profilu pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u niego jako niezbędne w celu poprawy jego sytuacji na rynku pracy lub uzyskania zatrudnienia. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Mysenice district. The main result of the project will be the achievement of employment performance indicators for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 43 %, for disabled persons – an employment efficiency ratio of at least 17 %, for the long-term unemployed – an employment efficiency index of at least 35 % and for low-skilled workers – an employment efficiency ratio of at least 48 %. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are eligible for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). The project will finance labour market services and instruments as defined in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (Dz. U. of 2016, pos. 645 as amended) e.g. training, internships, internship vouchers, intervention work, one-off funds for starting a business. The provision of support (presenting a specific offer of professional activation) within the services and instruments indicated in the abovementioned act will be preceded by an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant, including through the elaboration/updating of the Individual Action Plan, job mediation and/or career guidance. This analysis will make it possible to match the aid offer in such a way that it meets the actual needs of the project participant concerned. Each participant shall receive a support offer covering all forms of support, including the aid profile, which will be identified with it as necessary in order to improve its labour market situation or to obtain employment.
