POWIAT WYSZKOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W WYSZKOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wyszkowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 17% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 48% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 43% osób niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z wymienionych grup docelowych biorących udział w projekcie (zgodnie z metodologią pomiaru zawartą w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020) i zarejestrowanych w PUP Wyszków. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Wyszkowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Wyszkowski district. The main result of the project will be at least 17 % of people with disabilities, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 48 % of the low-skilled and 43 % of those not eligible for any of the listed target groups participating in the project (according to the measurement methodology included in the Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the area of labour market 2014-2020) and registered in the PUP Wyszków. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP in Wyszków will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
