    Zakres przedmiotowy projektu obejmuje przeprowadzenie robót budowlanych w zakresie przebudowy i rozbudowy budynku Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Gdańsku, będącego budynkiem dydaktycznym, które polegają na zabudowaniu ścianą szklaną i szklanym zadaszeniem istniejącego Patio w istniejącym budynku, tworząc w ten sposób zamkniętą powierzchnię przeznaczoną na działalność kulturalną, obejmującą swoją wysokością otwartą przestrzeń pomiędzy trzema kondygnacjami. Uzupełnieniem projektu będzie zakup wyposażenia w postaci systemów audiowizualnych oraz sprzętu niezbędnego do prowadzenia autorskiego programu kulturalnego (w postaci oprogramowania do projektowania graficznego oraz tabletów graficznych).
