Wzrost efektywności energetycznej w budynkach Izby Skarbowej w Katowicach - termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej Urzędu Skarbowego w Bytomiu, ul. Wrocławska 92 Bytom: modernizacja instalacji c.o., ocieplenie przegród budynku, wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne. Zakres prac obejmuje: 1. Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej termomodernizacji budynku, w tym: - projekt budowlano-wykonawczy,- specyfikacja techniczna wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych,- przedmiar robót,- kosztorys inwestorski; 2. Roboty budowlano-montażowe: a) modernizacja instalacji c.o. - wymiana grzejników - 149 szt. - montaż zaworów termostatycznych - 149 szt. - wymiana rurociągów i ich izolacja - 1449 m, b) 0cieplenie przegród budynku, - ściany zewnętrzne - 1816,70 m2,- ściany piwnic - 563,80 m2,- strop nad ostatnią kondygnacją - 1094,40 m2,- ocieplenie daszku i piętra - 35,35 m2; c) wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne - 570 punktów oświetleniowych, wymiana łączników 177 szt., instalacja odgromowa i uziemień 1kpl., tablica TZU 1szt. (rozdzielnica elektryczna), awaryjne oświetlenie ewakuacyjne (ilość opraw oświetleniowych - 120szt.). Powierzchnia użytkowa budynku wynosi 3015 m2. a powierzchnia wynajmowana na działalność gospodarczą 5,50 m2. Udział powierzchni wynajmowanej w powierzchni użytkowej budynku wynosi 0,19 %. 3. Nadzór inwestorski: a) nadzór nad robotami budowlanymi,b) nadzór autorski; 4. Audyt energetyczny ex-post - 1 kpl; 5.Informacja i promocja: a) tablica informacyjno-pamiątkowa; 6 wydatki niekwalifikowalne; 7 wydatki osobowe. (Polish)

Increasing energy efficiency in the buildings of the Tax Chamber in Katowice – thermomodernisation of the public utility building of the Tax Office in Bytom, ul. Wrocławska 92 Bytom: modernisation of central heating installations, warming of building partitions, replacement of lighting for energy-saving. The scope of work shall include: 1. Development of technical documentation for thermal modernisation of the building, including: — construction-executive design,- technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works,- the premise of the works,- the investor’s estimate; 2. Construction and assembly works: a) Modernisation of central heating installations – replacement of radiators – 149 pcs. — installation of thermostatic valves – 149 pcs. — replacement of pipelines and their insulation – 1449 m, b) 0 warming of partitions of the building, – external walls – 1816,70 m²,- cellar walls – 563,80 m²,- ceiling above the last floor – 1094.40 m²,- warming of the roof and floor – 35,35 m²; C) replacement of lighting for energy efficient – 570 lighting points, replacement of connectors 177 pcs, lightning system and ground 1kpl., Tzu board 1pcs. (electrical switch), emergency escape lighting (number of luminaires – 120 pieces). The usable area of the building is 3015 m² and the area rented for business activity is 5.50 m². The share of leased space in the usable area of the building is 0.19 %. 3. Investor supervision: supervision of construction works, (b) copyright supervision; 4. Ex-post energy audit – 1 cpl; 5.Information and promotion: an information and souvenir table; 6 ineligible expenditure; 7 personnel expenses. (English)
