Efektem projektu będzie zapewnienie dostępu do Internetu 11 077 gospodarstwom domowym oraz 159 jednostkom edukacyjnym zlokalizowanym na obszarze starogardzkim. Zadaniem projektu jest wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do usług Społeczeństwa Informacyjnego mieszkańcom i placówkom publicznym oraz zapewnienie dostępu do infrastruktury i usług hurtowych.
