Projekt ma na celu budowę drogi ekspresowej S7 na odcinku Miłomłyn – Olsztynek. Długość budowanego odcinka drogi ekspresowej S7 wynosi 38,88 km. Na całym odcinku przewidziano przekrój dwujezdniowy z dwoma pasami ruchu, pasem dzielącym (w tym rezerwa pod trzeci pas ruchu) i obustronnymi pasami awaryjnymi. Administracyjnie inwestycja jest położna w północnej części Polski w całości na obszarze województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Analizowany odcinek drogi ekspresowej S7 przechodzi przez obszar powiatu ostródzkiego (Miasto i Gmina Miłomłyn, Miasto Ostróda, Gmina Ostróda, Gmina Grunwald) i powiatu olsztyńskiego (Miasto i Gmina Olsztynek). The project aims to build the S7 expressway at the section Miłomłyn – Olsztynek. The length of the S7 expressway is 38.88 km. There is a two-way cross-section with two lanes, a dividing lane (including a reserve for the third lane) and two lanes. Administratively, the investment is a midwife in the northern part of Poland entirely in the area of Warmia-Mazury Voivodeship. The analysed section of the S7 express road passes through the area of the district of Ostródzki (City and Municipality of Miłomłyn, City of Ostróda, Municipality of Ostróda, Municipality of Grunwald) and Olsztyn district (City and Municipality of Olsztynek).
