Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie metody mającej zapewnić kompleksowe działanie regulujące prawidłowe funkcjonowanie gruczołów/zatok okołoodbytowych u psów. Działanie metody zostanie oparte na jednoczesnym oddziaływaniu na zasadzie synergizmu hiperaddycyjnego produktu pielęgnacyjnego oraz MPU. Dwutorowe oddziaływanie będzie polegało na połączeniu w MPU substancji czynnych usprawniających pracę układu pokarmowego z preparatem pielęgnacyjnym mającym na celu przeciwdziałanie zakażeniom i niedrożnością przewodu odprowadzającego wydzielinę z gruczołów okołoodbytowych. Dysfunkcje zatok okołoodbytowych mogą być spowodowane wieloma czynnikami, które mają jedną wspólną cechę – ich konsekwencją jest patologiczne nagromadzenie się wydzieliny w zatokach oraz (często) brak prawidłowego jej usuwania, co w efekcie może doprowadzić do zatkania zatok okołoodbytowych psa. W celu wykazania skuteczności opracowanych preparatów zostanie wykonanych szereg badań laboratoryjnych, produkcyjnych oraz testów terenowych. Efektem końcowym będzie opracowanie przez Over znacząco ulepszonego produktu w postaci metody zapobiegawczej dla opisanego wyżej schorzenia. Zakładamy, że stosowanie opracowanej metody przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zagrożenia występowania schorzeń zatok okołoodbytowych oraz pozytywnie wpłynie na ogólną zdrowotność psa. Niemniej ważne od samego działania preparatu będzie także to, że metoda ta będzie mogła być stosowana indywidualnie, tzn. dawkowanie preparatu będzie uzależnione od skali problemu, ale jednocześnie będzie uwzględniała specyficzne zapotrzebowanie psów na wybrane składniki pokarmowe działające łagodząco na przedstawiony we wniosku problem. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The subject of the project is to develop a method designed to ensure a comprehensive action regulating the proper functioning of the glands/peritoneal glands in dogs. The operation of the method will be based on the simultaneous interaction of hyperadditional synergy of the care product and MPU. The two-track interaction will consist of the combination in MPU of active substances improving the functioning of the gastrointestinal system with a care preparation designed to prevent infections and obstruction of the tract that drains the secretion from the peritoneal glands. Peritoneal sinus dysfunctions can be caused by many factors that have one common feature of & they result in pathological accumulation of secretions in the sinuses and (often) lack of proper removal, which may lead to obstruction of the peritoneal sinuses of the dog. A number of laboratory, production and field tests will be carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the prepared preparations. The final result will be the development by Over of a significantly improved product in the form of a preventive method for the disease described above. We assume that using this method will help to reduce the risk of peritoneal sinuses and have a positive effect on the dog’s overall health. However, it will also be important for the preparation to be used individually, i.e. the dosage of the preparation will depend on the scale of the problem, but at the same time it will take into account the specific needs of dogs for selected nutrients that can be mitigated against the problem presented in the proposal.
