Celem planowanego do realizacji projektu jest utworzenie Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego Spółki EBS 3E Production, którego główna działalność polegać będzie na prowadzeniu prac badawczo-rozwojowych w przystosowanych do tego typu działalności pomieszczeniach przy zaangażowanej posiadanej i planowanej do zatrudnienia wykwalifikowanej kadry naukowej oraz wykorzystaniu odpowiedniej infrastruktury technicznej.
