„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014” Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup innowacji technologicznej na którą składają się maszyna do profilowania arkuszy blachy i giętarka do wykonywania obróbek blacharskich. Decyzja o realizacji projektu we wskazanym powyżej zakresie zapadła po analizie zapotrzebowania na usługi świadczone przy użyciu wskazanej powyżej technologii, które firma otrzymuje od potencjalnych odbiorców. Zastosowanie maszyny do profilowania arkuszy blachy i giętarki pozwoli w krótkim czasie na zwiększenie wydajności produkcyjnej i obrotów firmy oraz zatrudnienie nowej osoby. W celu prawidłowej realizacji założeń projektu wnioskodawca w drodze zapytania ofertowego wyłonił Instytucję Otoczenia Biznesu, która ma pomóc określić szczegółowe parametry dotyczące wdrożenia innowacji w przedsiębiorstwie wnioskodawcy. Zaplanowane do zakupu usługi doradcze i inwestycja początkowa stanowią logiczny ciąg powiązanych ze sobą zdarzeń, których efektem będzie osiągniecie zakładanych celów projektu. Na zakres przedmiotowego projektu składają się następujące zadania: I.Usługi doradcze: - Analiza ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji - Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji - Doradztwo w zakresie rozwoju zasobów ludzkich związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji II. Wydatki inwestycyjne -zakup środków trwałych: -maszyna do profilowania arkuszy blachy -giętarka do blachy III.Wdrożenie innowacji: -wdrożenie innowacji procesowej i innowacji produktowej -wdrożenie innowacji organizacyjnej. ‘Aid programme reference number: SA.42799(2015/X), intended for public aid: Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014' The object of the project is the purchase of technological innovation consisting of sheet metal sheet profiling machine and sheet bending machine. The decision to implement the project in the above mentioned scope was made after an analysis of the need for services provided using the above-mentioned technology, which the company receives from potential customers. The use of a machine for profiling sheets and bending sheets will allow in a short time to increase production efficiency and turnover of the company and hire a new person. In order to correctly implement the project assumptions, the applicant has selected the Business Surrounding Institution by means of an offer query, which is intended to help define detailed parameters for implementing innovations in the applicant’s enterprise. The advisory services and initial investment planned to purchase represent a logical sequence of interrelated events that will result in achieving the project’s objectives. The scope of this project consists of the following tasks: I.Advisory services: — Risk analysis of innovation implementation – Advising and assisting in the development and pilot implementation of innovations – Advising on the development of human resources related to the implementation of innovation II. Investment expenditure – Purchase of fixed assets: —machine for profiling sheets – sheet bender III. Implementation of innovation: —implementation of process innovation and product innovation -implementation of organisational innovation. (English)
