SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Rezultatem Projektu będzie możliwość zaoferowania w skali rynku krajowego i międzynarodowego znacząco udoskonalonej, kompleksowej usługi odlewania detali aluminiowych -realizowanej zgodnie z metodyką Just-in-time. Dla zapewnienia możliwości oferowania usługi poddawane pracom B+R będą następujące procesy technologiczne, w tym: - projektowanie formy oraz jej wykonanie, - odlanie detali wraz ze wstępnymi procesami obróbki, - uszlachetnianie powierzchni wyrobów szlifowanie. Opracowana przez Aludesign S.A. (dalej: Spółka, Aludesign, Wnioskodawca) innowacja produktowa (co najmniej w skali polskiego rynku) będzie możliwa do osiągnięcia poprzez wytworzenie szeregu rozwiązań technologicznych w sposób bezpośredni wpływających na: - wydłużenie żywotności form, - realizację komplekowej usługi JiT, - ograniczenie ilości wadliwych lub niskojakościowych detali, - zapewnienie jednolitego wykończenia detali. Jednocześnie zautomatyzowany proces będzie obsługiwał szeroki asortyment detali, o zróżnicowanych gabarytach, wadze oraz kształtach, co stanowi obecnie jedną z nadrzędnych potrzeb odbiorców końcowych, tj. podmiotów operujących w branży meblarskiej, a Spółka poprzez realizację Projektu będzie w stanie w sposób bezpośredni spełnić wysokie wymagania klientów z przedmiotowej branży. Spółka osiągnie zdefiniowany rezultat poprzez realizację prac B+R podzielonych na 3 Etapy (prace rozwojowe), których efektem końcowym będzie osiągnięcie technicznej możliwości oferowania innowacyjnej usługi odlewania detali, która w sposób bezpośredni będzie odpowiadała na zdefiniowane potrzeby rynkowe. Spółka zabezpieczyła zasoby kadrowe oraz techniczne niezbędne do realizacji Projektu. (Polish)

SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The project will result in the possibility of offering significantly improved, comprehensive aluminium casting services in accordance with Just-in-time methodology on the domestic and international market. In order to ensure the possibility of offering R & D services, the following technological processes, including: — mold design and execution, – casting of details together with pre-treatment processes, – finishing of the surface of the products grinding. Developed by ALUDESIGN S.A. (hereinafter: The company, ALUDESIGN, Applicant) product innovation (at least in the Polish market) will be possible by creating a number of technological solutions directly affecting: — extending the life of forms, – implementation of a comprehensive JIT service, – limiting the number of defective or low-quality details, – ensuring uniform finishing of the details. At the same time, the automated process will handle a wide range of details, of varying dimensions, weight and shapes, which is currently one of the overriding needs of final customers, i.e. entities operating in the furniture industry, and the Company through the implementation of the Project will be able to directly meet the high requirements of customers from the industry. The company will achieve a defined result by carrying out R & D works divided into 3 Steps (development work), the final result of which will result in the achievement of the technical possibility of offering an innovative casting service of details, which will directly respond to defined market needs. The company secured the personnel and technical resources necessary for the implementation of the Project. (English)
