Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja programu wspierającego kształcenie zawodowe w powiecie ostrowskim, którego wprowadzenie przyczyni się do podniesienia wiedzy i kompetencji przez 621 uczniów oraz 30 nauczycieli do 31 sierpnia 2020 roku. Zadania projektowe będą podzielone na jednostki (6 szkół biorących udział w projekcie) i skupiać się będą na wsparciu uczestników projektu poprzez realizację następujących działań: zajęć pozalekcyjnych w formie szkoleń i kursów służących podnoszeniu kwalifikacji zawodowych uczniów, staży zawodowych u pracodawców/przedsiębiorców, doskonalenia kompetencji nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, a także na wsparciu szkół prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe w zakresie infrastruktury niezbędnej do prowadzenia tej edukacji. Wymienione wyżej działania projektowe skierowane będą do uczniów oraz nauczycieli 6 szkół zawodowych powiatu ostrowskiego (ZST-E CKU, ZST, ZSB-E, ZSU, ZSE, ZSP CKU) i stanowić będą uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu przez szkoły. Przy tym skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu przez szkoły, nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań prowadzonych przez szkoły w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających złożenie wniosku. Powyższe działania będą realizowane również z wykorzystaniem infrastruktury powstałej w komplementarnym projekcie (poddziałanie 9.3.5). Produktami projektu będą: -liczba nauczycieli (...) w programie: 30 os, -liczba osób (...) cyfrowych: 89 os. -liczba podmiotów (...) w programie: 2 szt -liczba szkół i (...) kształcenia zawodowego: 6 szt -liczba uczniów szkół (...) u pracodawcy: 258 -liczba osób (...) zajęciach pozalekcyjnych: 621 os. Realizacja przedmiotu projektu nastąpi w terminie od 01.02.2018 do 31.08.2020 roku. Powstałe w wyniku realizacji projektu produkty i rezultaty przyczynią się do osiągnięcia głównego celu projektu, określonego w punkcie 3.5.2. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to implement a programme of vocational training in the area of vocational training, which will contribute to the knowledge and competence of 621 pupils and 30 teachers by 31 August 2020. The project tasks will be divided into units (6 schools participating in the project) and will focus on the support of project participants by implementing the following actions: extra-curricular activities in the form of training courses and courses for the upskilling of apprentices, professional placements in employers/entrepreneurs, teacher training of vocational training teachers and instructors, as well as the support of vocational training schools for the infrastructure needed to carry out this education. The above mentioned project activities will be aimed at the students and teachers of 6 vocational schools in the Landkreis (ZST-E CKU, ZST, ZSSD, ZZSE, ZSE, ZSE) and will complement the activities carried out before the start of the project by the schools. At the same time, the scale of the activities carried out before the start of the school will not be reduced compared to the scale of the activities carried out by the schools during the 12 months preceding the application. The above activities will also be carried out using the infrastructure created in the complementary project (sub-measure 9.3.5).
