Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia 546 osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia w mieście Elblągu i powiecie elbląskim. Uczestnikami projektu będą wyłącznie osoby pozostające bez pracy zarejestrowane w PUP należące do następujących kategorii: 1. Osoby bezrobotne w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), które znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: a) osoby starsze w wieku 50 lat i więcej, b) kobiety, c) osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, d) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne e) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. 2. Bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat, którzy nie należą do kategorii osób bezrobotnych znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. W 2019 r. zaplanowano następujące formy wsparcia: • staże – 216 osób, • szkolenia – 51 osób, • jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (dotacje) – 46 osób, • refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy – 157 osób, • prace interwencyjne – 76 osób. Ogółem w ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objętych ogółem 546 osób. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla: • osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej, które dodatkowo należą do następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3 - poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej co najmniej 45%, • dla mężczyzn w wieku 30-49 lat, którzy nie należą do kategorii osób bezrobotnych znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy co najmniej 60%. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of 546 unemployed persons over the age of 30 in the city of Elbląg and the county of Elbląg. The project participants will only be those who have no work registered in the following categories of PUP: 1. Unemployed aged 30 years and over (30th birthday), who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e.: (a) elderly people aged 50 and over, (b) women, (c) persons with disabilities, (d) long-term unemployed (e) the low-qualified. 2. Unemployed men aged 30-49 who do not belong to the category of unemployed persons in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market. In 2019, the following forms of support are planned: • traineeships — 216 people,• training — 51 people,• one-off economic activity (subsidies) — 46 people,• refunds of equipment costs or retrofitting of jobs — 157 people,• intervention works — 76 people. In total, a total of 546 persons will be supported in the project. The project aims to achieve an employment efficiency for: • unemployed persons aged 30 and over, which are in addition to the following groups: persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications at ISCED level 3, employment performance criterion of at least 45 %,• for men aged 30-49 who do not belong to the category of unemployed persons particularly vulnerable on the labour market at least 60 %.
