Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja rejonu ul. Jasielskiej poprzez działania w zakresie zagospodarowania i rozwoju przestrzeni publicznej w obszarze nadmiernego nagromadzenia funkcji (zabudowa mieszkaniowa, zakład karny, przemysłowa) i budowę drogi wewnętrznej w granicach obszaru rewitalizacyjnego B w Iławie. Obejmuje zakresem rozbiórki muru więziennego i obiektów kolidujących z projektowaną infrastrukturą, budowę parkingu, chodników, kanału technologicznego, zieleń, oświetlenie, odwodnienie, przebudowy kolizji. Wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, dział. 8.1. Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich, realizuje 9 cel temat.: Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją, priorytet inwestycyjny 9b: Wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich, cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Kwalifikuje się do projektów schematu A. To element zintegrowanego projektu z podstawowych przedsięwzięć rewitalizacyjnych pn. „Kompleksowa rewitalizacja rejonu ul. Jasielskiej”: Moduł I. Nowa przestrzeń - nowa perspektywa, Moduł II. Usprawnienie układu komunikacyjnego rejonu ul. Jasielskiej. Ukierunkowane jest na nadanie przestrzeni nowych walorów funkcjonalnych i estetycznych, podniesienie atrakcyjności społ. oraz stworzenie warunków do realizacji proj. nieinfrastrukturalnych na rzecz włączenia społecznego, walki z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. Wewnętrzny układ komunikacyjny obsługujący obszar ma na celu gospodarczą i fizyczną rewitalizację i regenerację tej części miasta. Przyczyni się zatem do poprawy jakości życia społeczności zamieszkującej i użytkującej zdegradowany rejon ul. Jasielskiej, likwidacji podstawowych barier infrastrukturalnych powodujących dysfunkcyjność obszaru i wykluczenie społeczne jego mieszkańców. (Polish)

It is eligible for the A projects. this is part of an integrated project from basic regeneration projects: “The comprehensive regeneration of the area of ul. ul. Jaisiel’: Module I. New space — new perspective, Module II. Improvement of the telecommunication system of the ul. ul. Jaisiel. It is aimed at making spaces with new functional and aesthetic qualities, making them more attractive and creating the conditions for infrastructure such as infrastructure for social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination. The internal communication system for the area shall aim at the economic and physical regeneration and recovery of that part of the city. It will thus contribute to improving the quality of life of the resident community and contribute to the degraded region.
