Projekt dotyczy wprowadzenie do produkcji nowego produktu tj. matryc strukturalnych, których obecnie nie wykonuje nasza firma oraz nie wykonuje żadna firma w Polsce i Europie Środkowowschodniej. Praktycznie 100% tej produkcji pochodzi z Włoch. Na chwilę obecną, nie mamy w ofercie produktu grawerowania matryc strukturalnych do stempli wielkoformatowych czyli np. 60x60, 75x75, 45x90, 60x120, 90x90 czy 120x120. Drugim nowym produktem będzie wytwarzanie oraz regeneracja wielkoformatowych stempli strukturalnych. Prasy będące w posiadaniu są w stanie wykonać usługę wulkanizacji stempli do max formatu 60x60, 60x120. Na chwilę obecną nie mamy możliwości dokonać wulkanizacji stempli wielkoformatowych 120x120. Produkt taki wykonują tylko firmy włoskie od kilku lat. Reasumując realizacja projektu pozwoli nam poszerzyć aktualną ofertę i wprowadzić nowe innowacyjne w skali kraju i Europy Środkowowschodniej produkty tj. matryce i stemple strukturalne wielkoformatowe oraz nową usługę regeneracją powłok na stemplach wielkoformatowych strukturalnych. Aby to osiągnąć firma zaplanowała zakup frezarki do grawerowania, prasy do nakładania powłok oraz kompletu płyt magnetycznych. Ogólny koszt inwestycji wyniesie 916160,58 zł, w tym koszty kwalifikowane 744846,00 zł. W wyniku projektu zostanie wsparte jedno małe przedsiębiorstwo, które uzyska dotację, wprowadzone na rynek będą dwa innowacyjne produkty o zasięgu środkowoeuropejskim oraz powstanie w firmie 3 nowe miejsca pracy dla mężczyzn. Projekt jest zgodny z celami Oś 2 Konkurencyjna gospodarka oraz Działanie 2.5 Wsparcie inwestycyjne sektora MŚP w zakresie zwiększonego zastosowania innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP, ponieważ dzięki niemu zostaną wprowadzone w przedsiębiorstwie i na rynek 2 nowe innowacyjne produkty i jedną usługę. The project concerns the introduction of a new product, i.e. structural matrices that are currently not carried out by our business and are not carried out by any company in Poland and in central and eastern Europe. Almost 100 % of this production comes from Italy. At this point in time, there is no product in the product mix of structural matrices for large format stamps, i.e.: 60x60, 75x75, 45x90, 60x120, 90x90 or 120x120. The second new product will be the production and regeneration of large sized structural stamps. The presses in the possession are capable of providing a vulcanisation service of the stamps to the max format 60x60, 60x120. For the moment, we do not have the possibility of vulcanisation of 120x120 large format stamps. The product is only carried out by Italian companies for several years. To sum up, the project will allow us to expand the current offer and introduce new innovative products at the national and eastern European scale, i.e. the matrices and structural and large-format stamps, as well as a new service for the regeneration of large-format structural stamps. To achieve this, the company has planned the purchase of milling machines for engraving, coating presses and a set of magnetic slabs. The total cost of the investment will be PLN 916160,58, including eligible costs of PLN 744846,00. The project will be supported by one small enterprise, which will be awarded a grant, which will be placed on the market as two innovative products with a central European reach and will create 3 new jobs for men. The project is in line with the objectives of Axis 2 of the Competitive Economy and Action 2.5 SME investment support for an increased uptake of innovation in SMEs, as it will bring new innovative products and services into business and on the market for 2.
