Rozwój oferty kulturowej regionu (w tym jego obszarów przygranicznych) jest jednym z celów RPO WO 2014-2020 koniecznych do osiągnięcia, dla skutecznego wzrostu potencjałów woj. opolskiego. Przedmiotem projektu jest remont zabytkowego ratusza celem zwiększenia dostępności zasobów kulturowych. ZAKRES PROJEKTU Do zakresu rzeczowego projektu należy: 1. Remont budynku ratusza, 2. Zakup wyposażenia. 3. Promocja projektu. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie Gminy Baborów, która położona jest w Powiecie Głubczyckim - na terenie OSI Obszary Przygraniczne. Budynek ratusza jest w chwili obecnej nieużytkowany ze względu na zły stan techniczny. Liczba odwiedzających obiekt obecnie wynosi – 0 osób. Wnioskodawca przewiduje, ze w ciągu 1 roku od zakończenia realizacji projektu, liczba odwiedzających obiekt wzrośnie do 2500 osób. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie odremontowany, zabytkowy 1 budynek dawnego ratusza i zmieniony sposób użytkowania obiektu z ratusza na obiekt kultury. Wnioskodawca zamierza utworzyć w budynku dom kultury i izbę regionalną stanowiącą "mini muzeum". Budynek ratusza został wpisany do Rejestru Zabytków Województwa Opolskiego decyzją nr 1823/66 z dnia 19.10.1966 oraz do Gminnej Ewidencji Zabytków. Ratusz położony jest w samym centrum miasta, w układzie urbanistycznym wpisanym do Rejestru Zabytków Województwa Opolskiego (Nr rej. 195/56) - podlega zatem szczególnej ochronie konserwatorskiej. The development of the region’s cultural offer (including its border areas) is one of the objectives of the 2014-2020 ROP for achieving, for an effective increase in the potential of Opolskie Province. The object of the project is the renovation of the historic town hall with a view to increasing the availability of cultural resources. The scope of the project The material scope of the project should be: 1. Renovation of the town hall building, 2. Purchase of equipment. 3. Project promotion. The project will be carried out in the territory of the municipality of Babbar Khalsa, which is located on the Exploration of the capercaillie in the OSI area of the Border Areas. The town hall building is currently not in use due to poor technical condition. The current number of visitors is — 0 visitors. The applicant shall provide, within 1 year after the end of the project, for the number of visitors to be increased to 2500. The project will result in a renovated, historic 1 building of the former Town Hall and a revised way of operating the site from the Town Hall to a cultural object. The applicant intends to set up a ‘mini museum’ in the building’s house and a regional chamber. The town hall building was entered in the Register of Historical Monuments of the Opolskie Region by Decision No 1823/66 of 19.10.1966 and the Municipal Register of Monuments.
