Celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności i jakości usług społecznych efektywne wspieranie rodziców opiekunów w wychowaniu dzieci, w tym zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Cel będzie realizowany poprzez zorganizowanie zajęć specjalistycznych oraz innych aktywności budujących kluczowe kompetencje dzieci i młodzieży, przy rozszerzeniu oferty placówek wsparcia dziennego w Odporyszowie Gmina Żabno, Wieliczce i Tarnowie oraz zwiększenie liczby miejsc o 30Projekt obejmie działaniami 275 dzieci 618 lat, zamieszkałe w Wieliczce, Tarnowie m. i gm. oraz Gm. Żabno. Dzieci dostaną możliwość współudziału w tworzeniu bezpiecznego, twórczego środowiska rówieśniczego. Dajemy młodym ludziom możliwości rozwoju i pokazujemy, jak z tych możliwości skorzystać, aby uwierzyli we własne siły, zobaczyli co potrafią i czego mogą się nauczyć, aby prowadzić satysfakcjonujące życie.Placówki realizują wsparcie w formie opiekuńczej oraz specjalistycznej, praca z dzieckiem prowadzona jest w oparciu o indywidualny plan wsparcia, opracowany z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej, potencjału, predyspozycji, potrzeb dziecka oraz jego rodziny. Zapewniamy równoległą pracę z dzieckiem oraz rodzicamiopiekunami, a także stałą współpracę z placówkami oświatowymi, podmiotami leczniczymi oraz innymi instytucjami istotnymi z punktu widzenia wsparcia dzieci i rodzin. The aim of the project is to improve the accessibility and quality of social services by effectively supporting parents of carers in bringing up their children, including at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The objective will be pursued through the organisation of special activities and other activities building the key competences of children and young people, with the extension of the offer of day-care facilities to the Odguys Gmina Żabno, Wieliczka and Tarnów and the increase of the number of 30 seats to 275 children aged 618, resident in Wieliczka, Tarnów, and Gm. and Gm. Żabno. Children will be able to contribute to the creation of a safe and creative peer environment. We give young people the opportunity to develop and show how to use these opportunities to believe in their forces, see what they can, and what they can learn in order to lead to a satisfactory result. the arrangements implement support in the form of institutional and specialist support, based on the individual support plan developed with a view to the diagnosis of the problem, the potential, the suitability of the child, the needs of the child and his/her family. In parallel to the work of the child and the parent carers, we also continue to work with educational, medical and other relevant institutions in support of children and families.
