Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w mieście Ostrołęka i powiecie ostrołęckim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 441 osób (225 K/216 M) w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w mieście Ostrołęka i powiecie ostrołęckim, dla których został określony I i II profil pomocy, w tym: 1. 283 osoby (161 K/122 M), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie, w tym: 1.1 osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej - 108 osób (46K/62M), 1.2 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - 18 osób (9K/9M), 1.3 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - 175 osób (108K/67M), 1.4 osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - 245 osób (128K/117M) 2. 158 osoby (64 K/94 M), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie wyłącznie w postaci jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (po uprzednim zastosowaniu usług rynku pracy). W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Ostrołęce realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w mieście Ostrołęka i powiecie ostrołęckim. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WM 2014 - 2020 "Wzrost zatrudnienia osób, które zostały zidentyfikowane jako zagrożone na rynku pracy". Niniejszy projekt jest zgodny z kartą zgłoszenia projektu PUP stanowiącą podstawę ujęcia projektu w Wykazie projektów zidentyfikowanych w ramach trybu pozakonkursowego. Projekt jest zgodny z politykami horyzontalnymi, prawodawstwem krajowym i wspólnotowym. Projektem nie zostaną objęte osoby posiadające III profil pomocy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of those aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Ostrołęka and Ostrołęckim. The target group of the project represents a total of 441 persons (225 K/216 M) aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Ostrołęka and Ostrołęcki town, for which an aid profile I and II have been identified, including: 1. 283 persons (161 K/122 M) to be supported by the project, including: 1.1 persons aged 50 and over — 108 persons (46K/62M), 1.2 persons with disabilities — 18 persons (9K/9M), 1.3 long-term unemployed — 175 persons (108K/67M), 1.4 persons with a low qualification — 245 persons (128K/117M) 2. 158 persons (64 K/94 M) to be supported in the project only in the form of one-off measures for setting up a business (after the operation of the labour market). Within the framework of the project, a specific job activation offer will be presented to each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office in Ostrołęka will support the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project will increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who do not work in Ostrołęka and Ostrołęcki district. The project is in line with the specific objective of the 2014-2020 ROP MP “The employment of people who have been identified as being at risk in the labour market”. This project is in line with the application card of the PUP project as the basis for the project to be included in the List of projects identified by a non-competitive procedure. The project shall be in line with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation. The project will not benefit from the beneficiary III profile. (English)
