Wnioskowana inwestycja dotyczy termomodernizacji dwóch budynków Szkoły Podstawowej w Ostaszewie, jest częścią większej inwestycji pod nazwą ,, Rozbudowa, przebudowa i termomodernizacja istniejących budynków Szkoły Podstawowej wraz z budową sali gimnastycznej przy szkole w miejscowości Ostaszewo’’. Planowane do dofinansowania zadania obejmują prace termomodernizacyjne dotyczą dwóch budynków szkoły Podstawowej w Ostaszewie oznaczonych w projekcie budowlanym jako budynki B i C. Prace termomodernizacyjne planowane do wykonania w budynku B :1. Wykonanie wewnętrznej instalacji c.w.u. z cyrkulacją i zasobnikiem zasilanym z kotłowni gazowej,2. Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych nieocieplonych (z naprawą elewacji),3. Wymiana (pozostałych do wymiany) okien zewnętrznych na okna PCV,4. Docieplenie podłogi na gruncie (z wykonaniem nowej posadzki),5. Docieplenie stropodachu niewentylowanego (wraz z usunięciem istniejącego docieplenia i robotami towarzyszącymi),6. Wymiana (pozostałych do wymiany) drzwi zewnętrznych na drzwi,7. Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych ocieplonych (wraz z demontażem istniejącego docieplenia),8. The investment requested concerns the thermal modernisation of the two buildings of the Primary School in Ostazewie, is part of a larger investment called, Expansion, rebuilding and thermo-modernisation of the existing buildings of the Primary School with the construction of a gym at a school in Ostanzewo’. The tasks planned for the grant of funding consist of the thermal modernisation works of two buildings of the Primary School in Ostaszewie, marked in the construction project as buildings B and C. Thermal modernisation works to be carried out in the B Building: 1. Internal installation for gas storage hot water installations and storage medium, 2. Insulation of non-insulated external walls (with repair of façade), 3. Replacement of external windows on PVC windows, 4. Floor insulation of the floor on the ground (with the execution of the new floor), 5. Insulation of the non-ventilated valve (with the existing insulation and accompanying works), 6. Replacement of external doors for doors, 7. Insulation of insulation walls (including the dismantling of existing thermal insulation), 8. The abandonment of the local coal boiler, the installation of a new gas-fired boiler, including the replacement of the domestic heating system. and the installation of regulatory equipment for the purpose of regulating the thermal modernisation works to be carried out in the C: 1.insulation of external walls from inside the mineral plates, 2.Replacement of the outer windows on the PVC window, 3.Performance of the floor on the ground (with the necessary accompanying works), 5.insulation of the floor on the ground (with the use of new flooring), 6.Replacement of the exterior door to the door, 7.Replacement of the local carbon boiler, operation of a new gas boiler, including the replacement of the domestic plant and the installation of regulatory equipment.
