Celem głównym projektu jest wzmocnienie potencjału organizacyjnego oraz podniesienie efektywności działań Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Głuchołazach i zwiększenie podmiotowości odbiorcy pomocy poprzez wdrożenie w jednostce usprawnień organizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu pracy administracyjnej od pracy socjalnej oraz usług socjalnych w okresie od 04.12.2017 r. do 31.05.2019 r.W ramach projektu, w toku wdrożenia usprawnień organizacyjnych i zmiany struktury ops zostaną wyodrębnione 4 zespoły:-ds.pierwszego kontaktu-ds.pracy socjalnej-ds.usług socjalnych-ds.świadczeń przyznawanych decyzjąW skład zespołu ds. pracy socjalnej i ds. usług socjalnych będzie wchodził min. 1 prac. socjalny (po 1 w każdym zespole) posiadający specjalizację I st. w zaw. prac. socjalny.Proj.składa się z 3 zadań merytorycznych:- Przygotowanie do do wdrożenia zmiany organizacji i funkcjonowania Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej - Wdrażanie nowego modelu organizacyjnego funkcjonowania jednostki.- Wsparcie superwizyjne i szkoleniowe pracowników Ośrodka Pomocy SpołecznejDziałania w ramach proj. realizowane będą zgodnie z przepisami Ustawy z dn. 12.03.2004 r. o pom. społ. (Dz.U.z 2016 r.,poz. 930,z późn. zm.) i przepisami wyk.do tej ustawy.Wnioskodawca w zakresie realizacji proj. wdroży w ramach swojej jednostki org.nowy system organizacyjny, zgodny z art. 110a ustawy o pom. społ.oraz zapewni wykorzystanie rozwiązań modelowych oddzielenia procedury administracyjnej przyznawania świadczeń pom. społ. od pracy socjalnej, w oparciu o Zasady wdrażania usprawnień organizacyjnych w jednostkach organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej oraz Modele realizacji usług o określonym standardzie w gminie.Proj.zakłada przestrzeganie zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju. The main purpose of the project is to strengthen the organisational capacity and the efficiency of the operation of the Centre for Social Assistance in Głuchołazami and to increase the recipient’s ownership by implementing organisational improvements in the unit consisting of the separation of administrative work from social work and social services between 04.12.2017 and 31.05.2019. in the framework of the project, in the course of the implementation of organisational improvements and the change in the structure of the ops, 4 units will be made in the course of the implementation of organisational improvements and the change in the structure. the social services and social services team will comprise a minimum of 1 work tasks: — Preparation for the implementation of a change in the organisation and functioning of the Social Assistance Centre — Implementation of a new model for the organisation and functioning of the Social Assistance Centre — Implementation of the new model for the organisational functioning of the unit — Support for the supervideo and training of employees of the Centre for Social Assistance — Actions to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of12.03.2004 State of pomocals(Journal of Laws of 2016, item(930, as amended) and the provisions of the Polish Implementation Act, the applicant will implement the new organisational system in accordance with Article 110a of the Law on the Ministry of Social Security and will ensure the use of models for the separation of administrative procedures for the granting of social assistance, based on the principles of implementation of organisational improvements in the organisational units of social assistance, and the modelling of the provision of services of a specific standard, including compliance with the principles of sustainable development.
