Celem głównym proj. jest aktywizacja zaw.64 os.młodych (37 kobiet-K), w tym os. z niepełnosprawn. w wieku 15-29 lat:- 56 os.biernych zaw. i 8 os.bezrobotnych niezarejestr. w urzędzie pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET, zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w PO WER 2014-2020,z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkurs. w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1,zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC na obszarze woj. mazowieckiego poprzez zdobycie kwalifikacji zaw. lub kompetencji zaw. niezbędnych do pracy w zawodach zgodnych z predyspozycjami uczestników i zapotrzebowaniem mazowieckiego rynku pracy, jak również opracowanie IPD,przeprowadzenie pośrednictwa pracy i org. staży w okresie 12 miesięcy (od 1.01.2019r. do 31.12.2019r.) w konsekwencji natomiast podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 48% UP (31 os.).W ramach w/w grupy:- os. z niepełnosprawnościami stanowić będą 6% (4 os.)- osoby o niskich kwalifik.do ISCED3 włącznie 43% (28 os.),- os. długotrwale bezr. 6% (4 os.).Co najmniej 43% (28 os.) osób będzie zamieszkiwało (w rozumieniu KC) miasta tracące funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze tj. Ostrołęka, Radom, Ostrów Mazowiecka, Ciechanów, Gostynin, Pułtusk, Kozienice, Sierpc.Projekt zapewnia każdemu UP kompleksowe wsparcie - 4 instrumenty (IPD,pośr.pracy,kursy/szkolenia,staże).Co najmniej 70% UP w ramach projektu uzyska kwalifikacje. The main objective of the proj is the activation of 64 young people (37 women K), including those with disabilities of 15-29 years of age: — 56 of the unemployed persons who are not registered. at the employment services that do not participate in education and training, the so-called NEETs, as defined in OP WER 2014-2020, excluding the group defined for the condition of the competition within the meaning of the CC in the Mazowieckie province, by acquiring skills or competences necessary for professions which are compatible with the suitability of the participants and needs of the Mazowieckie Province, as well as the development of IPDs, the placement of employment and the placement of traineeships during the 12-month period (8-31.12.2019). consequently, employment of at least 48 % of the PES (4 persons).6 % (4.).At least 43 % (28) of the persons will live (within the meaning of CC) of the cities losing their socio-economic functions, i.e.Ostrołęka, Radom, Ostrów Mazowiecka, Ciechanów, Gostynin, Pułtusk, Kozienice, Sierpc.Project provides each OP with comprehensive support — 4 instruments (IPD, married work, courses/training, traineeships).At least 70 % of the UP projects will be qualified as part of the project.
