POWIAT KONECKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KOŃSKICH

Celem projektu jest zwiększanie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie koneckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez : - co najmniej 17% osób niepełnosprawnych uczestniczących w projekcie; - co najmniej 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestniczących w projekcie; - co najmniej 48% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach uczestniczących w projekcie; - co najmniej 43% uczestników projektu nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej na w/w poziomie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I ( tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Końskich realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county of kong.The main output of the project will be to take up employment by:At least 17 % of the disabled persons involved in the project;At least 35 % of the long-term unemployed participating in the project;At least 48 % of the low-skilled involved in the project;— at least 43 % of the project participants who are not eligible to any of the above target groups.The project involves the achievement of employment performance indicators at/at the level.The project will support persons below the age of 30 eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO in Konin will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
