Projekt zakłada opracowanie optymalnych warunków dla zmniejszenia strat, utrzymania w dobrej kondycji oraz rozchodowania koralowców morskich w wielkogabarytowych zbiornikach w obiekcie zamkniętym. Planowane rozwiązanie pozwoli Wnioskodawcy opracować jak najlepsze warunki fizykochemiczne, fizyczne i biologiczne, w których będzie możliwe rozchodowanie koralowców w warunkach sztucznych. Głównym aspektem badań będzie opracowanie najbardziej optymalnych warunków charakteryzujących się najefektywniejszą fazą wzrostu. Materiałem badawczym Wnioskodawcy będą 4 rodziny koralowców. Wybrane przez wnioskodawcę rodzaje koralowców to: - Mateczniki, charakteryzujące się dobrą strukturą przyrostu w warunkach sztucznych. - Kluczowa dla realizacji projektu jest praca z podgromadą koralowców sześciopromiennych (Hexacorallia), - ponadto, wykorzystane w badaniach zostaną rzędy korali madreporowych (Scleractina), tj. koralowce krótko polipowe (SPS) oraz długo polipowe (LPS), - jak również ,,koralowce miękkie” systematyki Coralliomorpharia i Zoantharia. The project provides for the development of optimum conditions for the reduction of losses, the maintenance of good health and the use of marine corals in large scale containers.The envisaged solution will allow the Applicant to develop the best physical, physical and biological conditions in which the safe and artificial use of corals will be possible.A key aspect of research will be the development of the most optimal conditions for the most efficient phase of growth.The applicant’s material will be 4 coral families.The coral types selected by the applicant are:— female mother (s), characterised by a good rate of change in artificial conditions.The core for the realisation of the project is work with the ‘Hexacorallia corals’ subclass, and, in addition, the research will be used in the research orders of Scleractino (Scleractin), i.e. Short Sea corals (SPS) and LPS, as well as SLR & core;the taxonomy of Coralliomorpharma and Zoantharia.Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:art:25 Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).
