Badania prowadzone w ramach projektu polegać będą na opracowywaniu innowacyjnych metod otrzymywania substancji czynnych w formie nanocząstek, mających zastosowanie w technologii wytwarzania produktów leczniczych z klasy BCS IV, charakteryzujących się słabą rozpuszczalnością i słabą wchłanialnością oraz opracowanie metod analitycznych potwierdzających jakość otrzymanego produktu zgodnie z wytycznymi Unii Europejskiej. Nanonizacja będzie prowadzona jedną z następujących metod: „wet ball milling”, "HPH high pressure homogenization”, „Evaporation”, precypitacja. W wyniku zastosowania jednej z metod powstanie nowy innowacyjny lek, który posiada następujące nowe cechy: mniejsza wielkość substancji czynnej fenofibratu, szybszy efekt terapeutyczny, wyższa skuteczność terapeutyczna, poprawiona wchłanianlnosć leku. Substancją czynną, która podlegać będzie nanonizacji jest Fenofibrat który jest stosowany w w leczeniu wszystkich typów hiperlipidemii (hipercholesterolemia, hiperlipidemia mieszana, hipertriglicerydemia), która jest zespołem zaburzeń metabolicznych objawiających się podwyższonymi poziomami frakcji cholesterolu lub trójglicerydów w surowicy krwi. Najczęściej spowodowana jest nieprawidłowym odżywianiem, siedzącym trybem życia, nadwagą. Prowadzi to do powstania chorób takich jak np. miażdżyca, choroby układu krążenia, nadciśnienie tętnicze, udar mózgu. Wymienione choroby zaliczyć można do chorób cywilizacyjnych i stanowią poważny problem dla rozwiniętych społeczeństw. Dlatego też, osoby cierpiące na choroby cywilizacyjne stanowią grupę docelowa projektu. zgodnie z art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. The research carried out within the project will be based on the development of innovative methods of obtaining active substances in the form of nanoparticles, applicable to technologies for the manufacture of medicinal products in class BCS IV, characterised by poor solubility and weak absorption, and the development of analytical methods demonstrating the quality of the product obtained in accordance with the guidelines of the European Union.Anonymisation will be carried out in one of the following ways:& bdnquo; wet ball drain & rdr;& quot; HPH high pressure homogenisation & rdning;& bdn; evacation & rdning; precipitation.As a result of one method, a new innovative medicine will be created with the following new features:the smaller size of the active substance fenofebrate, more rapid therapeutic effect, higher therapeutic efficacy, improved medicine uptake.The active substance to be engineered is fenofibrother, which is used to treat all types of hyperlipidaemia (hypercholesterolaemia, hyperlipidaemia, hypertriglyceride), which is a set of metabolic disorders in the range of elevated levels of cholesterol or triglycerides in blood serum.They are most likely to be caused by malnutrition, a sedentary lifestyle.This leads to diseases such as atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, stroke.These diseases are part of a civilisational disease and are a serious problem for the advanced societies.Therefore, people suffering from civilisation diseases are a target group of projects, in accordance with Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014); (English)
