Cílem projektu je vyškolení zaměstnanců, aby byli schpopni vytvořit systém sledování plnění výrobních norem a optimalizace systému odvádění práce, který bude mít snadno a rychle k dispozici přehled plnění výrobních norem s vazbou na plnění rentability zakázek. Dále mít přehled odvedené práce jednotlivých výrobních dělníků a jejich využití pracovní doby s vazbou na výši odměny. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to provide staff with training in order to set up a system to monitor compliance with production standards and to optimise the system for the collection of works, which will be easily and quickly provided with a view to meeting the production standards linked to the implementation of the profitability of contracts. Continue to have an overview of the work done by individual manufacturing workers and their use of working time linked to the level of remuneration. (English)
