Projekt je zaměřen na nezaměstnané Olomoucké aglomerace, kteří jsou starší 50 let. Tito lidé často bilancují svůj dosavadní život a hledají nové profesní uplatnění, neboť původní profesi z různých důvodů už nemohou vykonávat. Někdy odejdou z původního zaměstnání a kvůli svému věku nemohou vhodnou práci najít. Zaměstnavatelé nemají o tuto skupinu zájem, neboť v tomto věku se snižuje výkonnost člověka po všech stránkách. The project targets the unemployed Olomouc Urban agglomerations who are more than 50 years old. They often take part in their past life and look for new careers, since they can no longer carry out the original profession for various reasons. Sometimes, they leave the job and do not find the right job because of their age. Employers do not have an interest in this group, as people’s performance across websites is decreasing at this age.
