(zgodnie z SZOOP). W tym: min. 60% to K, 20% to ON.Okres realiz.- 01.03.2019-29.02.2020r.Zadania: Diagnoza indyw. potrzeb i potencjałów U proj., Porad. zawod.,Warsztaty komp. i umiejętności społ. (grupow., indyw.), Porad. specjalistczne (zawodowe, psycholog.), Szkol., Staże. Główne rezultaty proj.:1. Liczba osób zagrożonych U/WS, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu- 47os.2. Liczba osób zagroż. U/WS poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu-31os.3. Liczba osób zagroż. U/WS społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek)-18os.4. Liczba osób zagroż.U/WS, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu-59os.1. Wskaźnik efektyw. społ. w odniesieniu do os. z niepełnospraw. -min.34%,w odniesieniu do pozostałych os. zagroż. U/WS – min. 34%2. Wskaźnik efektyw. zatrud. w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnospraw. – min.12%, w odniesieniu do pozostałych os. Zagroż. U/WS – min. 25%Dla partnerstwa powołana Grupa Sterująca-GS:Koord. Main objective — Social and occupational activity and increase of the employability of 86unemployed (52K/34M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion [U/WS] from war. — point 3.3 of the 29.02.2020 request by participating in the comprehensive reintegration pathway for each U/86 (52K/34M). No employment of U/WS in respect of implementation of projects in the area of social inclusion and eradication of poverty with the use of ESF resources in EAFRD R_2014-2020, resident in one of the areas of Roman, Poznań, metropolitan, Poznań, Gniezno, horse, horse, ostrowski, Krotoszyn, Choszechski, dung, anthrax. U/WS — min. 25 % For the partnership created by the Steering Group for the Steering Group: koord.
