Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie nowej, własnej technologii w postaci prawa własności przemysłowej. Opatentowane rozwiązanie (stanowiące wynik prac B+R jego twórcy – zgłoszenie patentowe UPRP nr P.417390), jest podstawą dla innowacyjnej technologii, w oparciu o którą Wnioskodawca uruchomi świadczenie znacząco ulepszonych usług dla przemysłu motoryzacyjnego Projekt jest nową inwestycją i dotyczyć będzie udoskonalenia obecnych usług.1. Planowane przedsięwzięcie będzie składało się z 2 etapów (8 zadań):- 1 etap – budowa hali magazynowo – produkcyjnej,- 2 etap – zakup poziomego centrum frezarskiego (2 szt.), urządzeń dźwigowych typu żuraw stacjonarny słupowy (4 szt.), maszyny pomiarowej, suwnicy do pomieszczenia kontroli jakości, wózka widłowego, przemysłowych komputerów dotykowych (panelowych) – 4 szt. oraz wytworzenie i montaż systemu mocującego na centra obróbcze (4 szt.).Planowane do osiągnięcia efekty rzeczowe:- Liczba przeds. otrzymujących wsparcie – 1 szt.,- Liczba przeds. otrzymujących dotacje – 1 szt.,- Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przeds. (dotacje) - 6 289 536,00 pln,- Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne w projekty w zakresie innowacji lub badań i rozwoju - 6 289 536,00 pln,- Liczba zakupionych ŚT - 17 szt.2. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia rozpocznie się w XI 2018, a zakończy w VI 2019 roku.Projekt zawiera rozwiązania innowacyjne na 3 płaszczyznach:a) Innowacyjność prod. w skali świata - dzięki powyższym zakupom możliwe będzie znaczące udoskonalenie procesu obróbki oraz usługi obróbki wspornika poduszki,b) Innowacyjność procesowa - wyniku wdrożenia innowacyjnej technologii, opartej o własny patent firmy, nastąpi zmiana procesu produkcyjnego b) Innowacyjność nietechnologiczna - wdrożenie projektu opartego o nową technologię wpłynie na zwiększenie automatyzacji przedsiębiorstwa oraz na poprawę warunków logistycznych pod względem przepływu informacji pomiędzy osobami nadzorującymi proces, a pracownikami fizycznymi. The planned project will consist of 2 steps (8 tasks): — 1 steps — construction of a storage hall, — 2 step — the purchase of a horizontal milling centre (2 units), lifting machinery for a type of crane type for a stationary tower (4), a measuring machine, a crane to a quality control room, a forklift, industrial touch computer (panel) — 4, and the manufacturing and installation of a fastening system for machining centres (4 items). (grants) — 6 289 536,00 pln, — Private investment in complementary form to public support for innovation or research and development projects — 6 289 536,00 pln, — Number of purchased ADT — 17 t.2. Implementation of the project will begin in XI 2018 and will be completed in 2019. the project contains innovative solutions at 3 levels: (a) the innovativeness of the products in the world, through the purchase of products on a global scale, with a view to substantially improving the process and the support for the support of the cushion, (b) on the innovativeness of the process — the result of the implementation of an innovative technology, based on an own patent, change in the production process b) non-technological innovation — the implementation of a new technology project will increase the automation of the company and improve the logistical conditions in terms of flow of information between the process supervisor and the physical workers.
