Celem proj. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż. z terenu powiatu mrągowskiego, zarejestr. w PUP w Mrągowie jako bezrobotne, posiadających ustalony I lub II profil pomocy, należących co najmniej do jednej z grup: osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób niepełnosprawnych, osób powyżej 50 r.ż., kobiet, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Wsparciem objęte będą 103 osoby (55K/48M), w tym co najmniej 45 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych i co najmniej 7 osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.09.2015r. do 30.06.2016r (rekrutacja zakończy się 31.12.2015r.). Udzielenie wsparcia w ramach projektu każdorazowo poprzedzone będzie identyfikacją potrzeb uczestn. projektu poprzez określenie dla każdego z nich profilu pomocy i opracowaniem Indywidualnego Planu Działania bądź ich aktualizacji. Na tej podstawie uczestn. przyznawana będzie taka forma pomocy z katalogu usług i instrumentów rynku pracy z Ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, która zostanie u nich zidentyfikowana, jako niezbędna w celu poprawy ich sytuacji na rynku pracy lub uzyskania zatrudnienia. W ramach projektu zaplanowano usługi pośrednictwa pracy/poradnictwa zawodowego oraz staże dla 56 osób, szkolenia dla 8 osób (w tym udział 2 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 0 osób niepełnosprawnych), wyposażenie/doposażenie stanowiska pracy dla 22 osób, przyznanie jednorazowych środków na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 17 osób. Główne rezultaty projektu to min.: osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej uczestniczek i uczestników niepełnosprawnych na poziomie co najmniej 12%, długotrwale bezrobotnych na poziomie co najmniej 30%, o niskich kwalifikacjach na poziomie co najmniej 31%, a dla pozostałych na poziomie co najmniej 38%. The objective is to increase employment opportunities for people aged over 29. the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, people above 50, women, the low-skilled. 103 persons will be supported (55K/48M), including at least 45 long-term unemployed and at least 7 disabled persons. The project will run from 01.09.2015 to 30.06.2016 (the recruitment will end in 31.12.2015). The support of the project will be preceded by the identification of the needs of the project involved, by specifying for each project the assistance profile and the development of the Individual Action Plan or to update them. On this basis, the participants will be granted this form of aid from the catalogue of services and labour market measures from the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, which will be identified as necessary in order to improve their situation in the labour market and/or employment. The project planned job placement services/career guidance and traineeships for 56 people, training for 8 people (including 2 long-term unemployed, 0 disabled people), fitting/fitting work posts for 22 people, granting one-off measures to start a business for 17 people. The main results of the project are: to achieve the employment efficiency of at least 12 % of participants and participants with disabilities, the long-term unemployed at a level of at least 31 %, and of at least 38 % for the remaining long-term unemployed.
