Celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 23 osób (13K, 10M), zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 15- 17 lat, zamieszkałych na terenie powiatu szczycieńskiego, w tym osób bezrobotnych zakwalifikowanych do III profilu pomocy, poprzez objęcie ich w okresie od 01.08.2018 r. do 31.07.2019 r. usługami aktywnej integracji, w tym instrumentami aktywizacji społecznej i edukacyjnej. W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania: indywidualna ścieżka reintegracji, indywidualne zajęcia aktywizujące, grupowe zajęcia aktywizujące. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią 23 os. (13K, 10M) w wieku 15-17 lat z terenu powiatu szczycieńskiego, zagrożone ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w tym osoby bezrobotne, które zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w trzeciej grupie osób (tzw. oddalonych od rynku pracy). Dzięki realizacji projektu 23 os. z powiatu szczycieńskiego zwiększy swoją aktywność społeczną i zawodową, podniesie swoje kompetencje społeczne i uzyska kwalifikacje niezbędne na rynku pracy. The project aims to increase the social and professional activity of 23 people (13K, 10M), at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, at the risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, between the ages of 15 and 17, residing in the district of summits, including unemployed persons classified under the third aid profile, by including active inclusion services, including social and educational activation instruments, in the period from 01.08.2018 to 31.07.2019. The project will carry out the following tasks: individual reintegration pathways, individual activation classes, group activation classes. The target group of the project is 23 persons. (13k, 10M), aged 15-17, from the district of the szczyn district, at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including the unemployed, who, according to the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, are in the third group of people (known as the labour market). Thanks to the implementation of the project, 23 will increase its social and professional activities, raise its social competences and obtain the necessary skills in the labour market. (English)
