Celem projektu pn. Rozwój mobilności i transportu publicznego Gminy Miejskiej Lidzbark Warmiński jest poprawa mobilności mieszkańców miasta Lidzbark Warmiński oraz odwiedzających je turystów poprzez utworzenie i uruchomienie bezpłatnej, publicznej komunikacji zbiorowej. Na dzień składania wniosku Lidzbark Warmińskie nie posiada zorganizowanej komunikacji miejskiej, a komunikacja lokalna realizowana jest z wykorzystaniem indywidualnych środków transportowych (rower, samochód osobowy). Brak zorganizowanej, miejskiej oferty przewozowej negatywnie oddziałuje na mobilność mieszkańców miasta (w szczególności osób niepełnosprawnych i starszych) i tym samym uzasadnia realizację projektu. Z uwagi na wskazany fakt, braku istniejącej komunikacji miejskiej, konieczna jest realizacja projektu w sposób kompleksowy uwzględniający nie tylko zakup taboru autobusowego, ale również stworzenie nowej i modernizację istniejącej w otoczeniu infrastruktury poprzez: 1. Wymianę opraw oświetleniowych; 2. Przebudowa ul. Dąbrowskiego w Lidzbarku Warmińskim, poprzez budowę ciągów pieszych oraz ciągów pieszo-rowerowych, wraz z wykonaniem nowej konstrukcji nawierzchni jezdni, przebudowę zjazdów do posesji, przebudowę istniejącego uzbrojenia, przebudowę oświetlenia oraz innymi pracami towarzyszącymi; 3. Przebudowa ul. Polnej w Lidzbarku Warmińskim polegającej na budowie ciągu pieszo rowerowego od ul. Astronomów do ul. Słonecznej, obejmująca budowę ciągów pieszych oraz ciągów pieszo-rowerowych wraz z przebudową studni wpustowych, przebudowę zjazdów do posesji oraz innymi pracami towarzyszącymi; 4. Montaż stacja ładowania pojazdów elektrycznych typu półszybkiego oraz wolnego; 5. Utworzenie przystanków autobusowych wraz z oznaczeniem; 6. Dostosowanie istniejących progów zwalniających do potrzeb komunikacji autobusowej; 7. Utworzenie punktów bike&ride; (Polish)

The objective of the project: The development of the mobility and public transport of Lidzka Warmysky Municipality is the improvement of the mobility of the city of Lidzshoulder Varna and visitors to tourists through the creation and opening of free public transport. At the date of application, Lizshoulder Varna has no organised public transport and local communication is carried out using individual means of transport (bicycle, passenger car). The lack of organised urban transport offers negatively affects the mobility of inhabitants of the city (in particular disabled and elderly people) and therefore justifies the implementation of the project. Given the identified lack of existing urban transport, it is necessary to implement the project in a comprehensive manner, taking into account not only the purchase of rolling stock, but also the creation of a new and upgraded infrastructure in the environment by: 1. Replacement of luminaires; 2. Reconstruction of Ulica Dabrowski, in Lidzshoulder Varna, by means of construction of pedestrian paths and pedestrian/cycle paths, with construction of a new road surface construction, upgrading of crossings to a session, upgrading of existing weapons, upgrading of lighting and other accompanying works; 3. Reconstruction of Ulica The dishes in the Warmicsk Lizshoulder, which consists of the construction of a bicycle foot from ul. Astronomers, to ul. Solar, consisting of the construction of walking and pedestrian cycle paths, including the construction of empty wells, conversion of exits to sessions and other accompanying works; 4. Installation of a recharging station for the semi-rapid and free electric vehicles; 5. Setting up of bus stops along with an indication; 6.
