Cel główny: Wyższe możliwości zatrudnieniowe 3K i 57M będących UP, uzyskane poprzez ich udział w kompleksowych, indywidualnych programach aktywizacji zawodowej, realizowanych w okresie trwania projektu (01.07.2018-31.10.2019), wyrażone osiągnięciem zakładanych wartości wskaźników rezultatów i produktów, w tym efektywności zatrudnieniowej, mierzonych na dzień rozpoczęcia i zakończenia udziału danego UP w projekcie (01.07.2018-31.10.2019), a także do 4 tygodni (do 30.11.2019) oraz 3 m-cy (do 31.01.2020) od zakończenia owego udziału. Główne rezultaty: Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu Grupę docelową w ramach projektu stanowią osoby z terenu woj.świętokrzyskiego(w przypadku osób fizycznych,uczących się lub zamieszkujących na obszarze woj.świętokrzyskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego)powyżej 29 roku życia pozostające bez zatrudnienia(w tym zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym/Miejskim Urzędzie Pracy jako bezrobotne) znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji: osoby po 50 r.ż., kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotnych, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, osoby sprawujące opiekę nad osobą zależną oraz powracające na rynek pracy po zakończonym okresie sprawowania opieki Główne zadania: Identyfikacja potrzeb, Poradnictwo zawodowe, Pośrednictwo pracy, Szkolenia, Staże. Goal: Higher employment opportunities of 3K and 57M-UP, obtained through their participation in comprehensive, individual occupational activation schemes during the project life (01.07.2018-31.10.2019), the achievement of expected output and output indicators, including employment performance, as measured at the start and end of the participation in the project (01.07.2018-31.10.2019), as measured at the start and end of the participation in the project (−), and up to 4 weeks (up to 30.11.2019) and 3 months (up to 31.01.2020) from the end of that participation. Main results: The number of persons employed, including self-employment, after leaving the programme, the number of persons who obtained a qualification after leaving the programme, the target group within the project shall be those who come from the land war between Świętokrzyskie (in the case of natural persons studying or living in an area of war of Świętokrzyskie within the meaning of the Civil Code provisions) over the age of 29 (including those registered as unemployed in the District/City Labour Office as unemployed) in a particularly difficult situation: people after 50, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, those who care for the dependent person and returning to the labour market after a period of care.
