Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w w mieście Kielce. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 117 osób zarejestrowanych w MUP. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie MUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The project aims to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over in the city of Kielce. The main result of the project will be the employment of 117 people registered with the MUP. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the MUP will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
