Cele projektu zgodne z celami 7.1 RPO WŚ 2014-2020: 1/ Cel bezpośredni: Wzrost jakości i dostępności e-usług administracyjnych istotnych dla mieszkańców, przedsiębiorców i pracowników JST w gminach Klimontów, Łagów, Obrazów, Ożarów w woj. świętokrzyskim oraz monitorowanie procesu ich świadczenia poprzez realizację zaplanowanych w harmonogramie rzeczowo-finansowym działań w okresie 01.04.2018-31.03.2020. 2/ Cele pośrednie: 1. Zwiększenie ilości e-usług o 3, 4 i 5 poziomie dojrzałości; 2. Zwiększenie kompetencji cyfrowych 110 pracowników JST; 3. Wdrożenie infrastruktury zapewniającej interoperacyjność rejestrów publicznych oraz istniejących systemów IT i ich integrację. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie w gminach Klimontów, Łagów, Obrazów, a w przypadku gminy Ożarów - rozbudowa otwartej platformy e-usług, cyfrowej platformy integrującej referencyjne i dziedzinowe zasoby informacyjne o charakterze opisowym i przestrzennym w celu ich publikacji oraz świadczenia związanych z nimi usług. Zostaną zmodernizowane programy dziedzinowe umożliwiające świadczenie e-usług wraz z migracją danych ze starych systemów; wdrożone formularze e-usług; zmodernizowane elektroniczne zarządzanie dokumentacją; wdrożony moduł informacji przestrzennej we wszystkich gminach oraz zmodernizowana strona www w Gminie Obrazów i Ożarów. Zakupiony zostanie sprzęt komputerowy i oprogramowanie, przeprowadzone szkolenia administratorów i użytkowników zaawansowanych. Project objectives in line with the objectives of ROP 7.1 2014-2020: 1/Cel direct: Increase the quality and accessibility of the administrative services relevant to the inhabitants, entrepreneurs and employees of the JTS in the municipalities of Klimonts, Łagów, Odrów, Ożarów in Świętokrzyskie Province, and monitoring their delivery through the implementation of activities planned in the material and financial schedule for the period 01.04.2018-31.03.2020. 2/Cele intermediate: 1. Increasing the number of eServices by 3, 4 and 5; 2. Increasing the digital competences of 110 JTS staff; 3. Deploy infrastructure to ensure the interoperability of public registers and existing IT systems and their integration. The project involves implementation in the municipalities of Klimonts, Łagów, Obradów and, in the case of the municipality of Ożarów, the extension of an open e-services platform, a digital platform integrating the reference and areas of information, both of a descriptive and spatial nature, for publication and for the provision of related services. To modernise the field programmes to enable the provision of e-services with the migration of data from old systems; implemented e-service forms; modernised electronic documentation management; an operational spatial information module in all municipalities and a modernised website in the Gmina of the images and Ożarów. The computer hardware and software, the training courses provided to the administrators and advanced users will be acquired.
