Celem proj. jest ZWIĘKSZENIE UDZIAŁU ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ PRODUKOWANEJ Z OZE W OGÓLNEJ PRODUKCJI ENERGII W WOJ. ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKIM. Długofalowymi korzyściami proj. będą spadeki emisji gazów cieplarnianych poprzez budowę FARMY FOTOWOLTAICZNEJ o mocy do 1MWe w m.Mokra,1,3km od obszarów NATURA2000. ZAKRES PROJ. OBEJMUJE: roboty budowlano-montażowe: budowę linii Sn, stacji trafo, rozdzielni w stacji trafo; montaż: paneli PV, konstrukcji pod moduł PV, inwerterów, uruchomienie farmy; montaż: gł. rozdzielni, instalacji uziemiającej i DC, oprzewodowania AC, system monitorująco-kontrolujący, oświetlenia, ogrodzenia, drogi, przyłącza kablowego SN; nadzór inwestorski, dz. prom. i inform. WSZYSTKIE ELEMENTY PROJ. BĘDĄ NOWE, PODPORZĄDKOWANE FUNKCJI JAKIEJ MAJĄ SŁUŻYĆ, TJ. PRODUKCJI ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ Z OZE. W PROJ. BUDOWLANYM ZAPROJEKTOWANO ROZWIĄZANIA TECHNICZNE SPEŁNIAJĄCE WYMOGI BAT I NAJLEPSZYCH DOSTĘPNYCH TECHNIK. Okres realiz. :01.07.- 30.09.2019. Działania są zgodne z PGN dla G. Stąporków, Progr. ochrony powietrza WŚ, z Dyr.2012/27/UE, z zapisami Umowy Partn., RPOWŚ 2014-2020, SZOP. Instalacja spełnia standardy określone w Wytycznych kwalifikowania wydatków RPO. Projekt zgodny z celami szcz. osi prior. 3 – Efektywna i zielona energia i działaniem 3.1 Wytwarzanie i dystrybucja energii pochodzącej z OZE. Proj. jest zgodny z zas. horyzontalnymi UE, nie powoduje ingerencji w środowisko naturalne, zmianę klimatu, nie ma wpływu na ryzyko powodziowe. Wsk. produktu: L.przedsięb. otrzymujących wsparcie:1; L.wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE:1. The objective is to deal with the use of renewable energy produced from renewable energy sources. ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKIE. The long-term benefits of the project will be falling due to greenhouse gas emissions by the construction of a 1MWe MWe MWe M PV and 1.3 km from the NATURA2000. SCOPE PROJ. INCLUDES: construction and assembly work: construction of an Sn line, a hit station, a hit station; mounting: the PV panels, the design under the module PV, inverters, the launch of the farm; mounting: separation, in-situ and DC systems, AC guides, monitoring and control system, lighting, fencing, roads, SN cables; investor supervision, ferry services and inform. ALL ELEMENTS OF PROJ. THEY WILL BE NEW, SUBORDINATE TO THE FUNCTION TO BE USED, TJ. PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICITY FROM RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES. IN PROJ. CONSTRUCTION IS DESIGNED TO MEET BAT AND BEST AVAILABLE TECHNIQUES. The period of implementation. 01.07.- 30.09.2019. The operations are in line with the PGN for G. ądrach, the air protection programme for the WŚ, with Dir. 2012/27/EU, with the provisions of the partn., RZP of 2014-2020. The installation complies with the standards set out in the Guidelines on the eligibility of ROP expenditure. Project in line with the objectives of the priority axis. 3 — Efficient and green energy and action 3.1 generation and distribution of energy from RES. The proj is in line with the horizontal EU horizontal, does not cause interference with the environment, climate change, does not affect the risk of flooding. Product: LM in receipt of support: 1; 1 RES electricity generation units built.
