Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja oświetlenia ulicznego polegająca na wymianie istniejących opraw na nowoczesne oprawy w technologii LED co posłuży oszczędności zużycia energii, emisji do atmosfery m.in. CO2 i pyłów oraz obniżenie kosztów eksploatacyjnych, a jednocześnie podniesienie jakości oświetlenia wskazanych dróg. Lokalizacja działań inwestycyjnych obejmuje wymianę oświetlenia dróg gminnych, osiedli oraz parku na terenie gm. Staszów, woj. Świętokrzyskie. Celem głównym projektu jest: Ograniczenie emisji pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery na terenie gm. Staszów woj. Świętokrzyskie. Cele projektu są zgodne z celami Osi priorytetowej 3 – EFEKTYWNA I ZIELONA ENERGIA RPOWŚ na lata 2014 – 2020, Działanie 3.4 Strategia niskoemisyjna, wsparcie zrównoważonej multimodalnej mobilności miejskiej oraz z zakresem pomocy przewidzianej w powyższej osi i działaniu. Zakres projektu obejmuje wymianę 597 opraw oświetleniowych na 597 opraw w technologii LED, w tym zakup i montaż opraw LED ściemniane 28W, w ilości 234szt., zakup i montaż opraw LED ściemniane 50W, w ilości 69szt., zakup i montaż opraw LED ściemniane 52W, w ilości 294szt. Efektywność dofin. projektu wynosi 52,29. Efekt ekologiczny 8033,02. Efektywność energetyczna wyniesie 71,36%. Stopień ograniczenia emisji CO2, redukcja gazów cieplarnianych 71,36%, efekt ekologiczny 164,619 Mg/rok. Projekt uwzględnia wdrożenie technologii TIK. Projekt wynika z LPR Miasta i Gminy Staszów i jest realizowany na obszarze objętym LPR. WSKAŹNIKI: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej 206,29 [MWh/rok]; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 164,62 [tony równoważnika CO2]. Liczba zmoderniz. źródeł oświetl. ulicznego-597 szt.Termin realizacji VI.2018 – VI.2019.Zadanie zostanie wykonane przez Gminę Staszów. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to modernise street lighting, by replacing existing frameworks for modern use of LED technology in order to save energy, air emissions, inter alia CO2 and particulates and reduction in operating costs, while increasing the quality of the illumination of the road identified. The location of investment activities includes the replacement of municipal street lighting, settlement and the park in the Staszów area, province Świętokrzyskie. The main aim of the project is: Reduction of emissions of particulate matter and atmospheric pollutants in the province of Staszów Świętokrzyskie. The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of the Priority Axis 3 — effective and green ON ENERGY RUAA for the period 2014-2020, Action 3.4 A low-emission strategy, support for sustainable multimodal urban mobility and the scope of the assistance foreseen in the above axis and action. The scope of the project includes the replacement of 597 luminaires on 597 luminaires in LED technology, including the purchase and installation of LED luminaires 28 W, in a quantity of 234W, the purchase and installation of LED luminaires 50 W, in the amount of 69W, the purchase and installation of LED luminaires 52 W in the amount of 294W. The performance of the project is 52,29. Green effect 8033,02. The energy efficiency will be 71.36 %. Reduction of CO2 emissions, greenhouse gas reduction 71.36 %, ecological effect 164,619 tonnes/year. The project takes into account the implementation of ICT. The project is due to the LPR of the City and the Municipality of Staszów and is implemented in the area covered by the LPR. INDICATORS: Amount of electricity saved 206,29 [MWh/year]; Estimated annual decrease of greenhouse gas emissions of 164,62 [tonnes of CO2 equivalent].
