Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja zabytkowego budynku dworca kolejowego. Remont obejmie lewą stronę parteru budynku, kotłownię, windę oraz prawą stronę I piętra. Po przebudowie pierwotna bryła budynku zostanie zachowana. Parter będzie przedmiotem dzierżawy i zostanie odrestaurowany do stanu surowego. Dalsze prace wraz z wyposażeniem wykona przyszły dzierżawca. Na pierwszym piętrze powstanie przestrzeń dla seniorów i innych grup zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Organizacje pozarządowe, z którymi Gmina Wisła podejmie współpracę, organizować będą warsztaty i szkolenia umożliwiające integrację, podnoszenie kwalifikacji oraz udział w życiu kulturalnym i społecznym miasta dla w/w grup społecznych. Zaprojektowano wymianę stropów, więźby dachowej, stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, instalacji elektrycznych i sanitarnych, schodów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych oraz wzmocnienie i naprawę ścian konstrukcyjnych zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych. The object of the project is the regeneration of the historic building station. The renovation will include the left side of the ground floor of the building, the boiler, the elevator and the right of the first floor. After the conversion, the original building of the building will be maintained. The ground floor will be leased and restored to the crude state. Further work with the equipment will be carried out by the future tenant. The first floor will create a space for older people and other groups at risk of social exclusion. The NGOs with which the Municipality of Vistula will work together will organise workshops and training for integration, upgrading of skills and participation in the cultural and social life of the city for the social groups. The sides are designed to replace the piles, roof prisoners, window and door frames, electrical and sanitary installations, internal and external stairs and the reinforcement and repair of external and internal structures.
