Projekt polega na termomodernizacji komunalnych budynków mieszkalnych. Będą to: - Budynek mieszkalny w Żarkach przy ul. Leśniowskiej 61, nr. działki 1799/3, - Budynek mieszkalny w Żarkach ul. Berka Joselewicza 11, nr. działki 2074/3, - Budynek mieszkalny w Przybynowie przy ul. Szkolnej 4, nr. działki 291/7, - Budynek mieszkalny w Żarkach przy ul. Piłsudskiego 38, nr. działki 2323/8, 2323/10 - w ramach kosztów niekwalifikowanych. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane roboty budowlane w zakresie docieplenia ścian, wymiany stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, modernizacji źródeł ciepła oraz instalacji c.o. Celem głównym projektu jest: poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze komunalnych zasobów mieszkaniowych Gminy Żarki, a w konsekwencji zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i redukcji zużycia energii. The project involves thermal renovation of residential buildings. It will be: — Residential buildings in Żarki Street at ul. Leśniowska 61, parcel No 1799/3, — residential buildings in Żarki ul. Berka Joselewicz 11, parcel No 2074/3, — The residential property of Przybyynów at ul. SE 4, parcel No 291/7, — residential buildings in Żarki Street at ul. Piłsudskiego 38, parcel No 2323/8, 2323/10, in the framework of non-eligible costs. The project will provide construction work for insulation of the walls, replacement of window and door frames, modernisation of heat sources and the main project: improving the energy efficiency of the municipal housing sector of Żyrów municipality and, consequently, reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and reducing energy consumption.
