Projekt skierowany jest do 248 os. bezrobot.(92K i 156M)zarejestrowanych w PUP Bytów dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub profil pomocy II znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia) z powiatu bytowskiego.Uczestnicy/czki zostaną objęci w projekcie IPD, pośrednictwem pracy lub doradztwem zawodowym. Stażami zostanie objętych 10 osób (8K i 2M).Zatrud.subsydiowane, w ramach którego 57 os.(32K i 25M) skierowanych zostanie do pracy w ramach prac interwencyjnych, wyposażenie i doposażenie stanowiska pracy w ramach, którego utworzone zostaną 76 stanowisk pracy dla 76os.(21K i 55M). Przyznane zostaną jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 47os.(19K i 28M),zorganizowane zostaną szkolenia - indywid. i grupowe na które skierowanych zostanie 103 osoby(30K i 73M).Proces rekrutacji zostanie przeprowadzony w sposób otwarty, zgodnie z polityką równych szans kobiet i mężczyzn. Rekrutacja będzie dostępna dla wszystkich zainteres. potencjalnych uczestników/czek. Rekrutacja do projektu stanowić będzie jednocześnie rekrutację na poszczeg. formy wsparcia. Działania podejmowane w projekcie ukierunkowane będą na świadczenie wysokiej jakości usług na rzecz osób bezrobot., w tym zwłaszcza na wczesną identyfikację potrzeb uczestników/czek oraz diagnozowanie możliwości ich rozwoju zawodowego. Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym: polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym. Projekt będzie zgodny z ustawą o promocji zatrudn. i instytucjach rynku pracy, z ustawą PZP i pomocą de minimis. (Polish)

The project is targeted at 248 people in unemployment. (92k and 156M) registered in the PUP Bytów, for which a I or II profile has been established for the most disadvantaged in the labour market (excluding persons before the age of 30) from the district of bytowania. participants will be included in the IPD project, through work or career advice. The placements will be carried out by 10 persons (8K and 2M). the subsidised employment of 57 persons (32K and 25M) will be assigned to work in the framework of intervention works, equipment and the fitting of a working post within the framework of which 76 posts for 76os will be created (21k and 55M). One-off start-up funding for 47os (19k and 28M) will be granted, trainings will be organised and targeted at 103 persons (30K and 73M).The recruitment process will be carried out in an open manner, in line with the equal opportunities policies of women and men. Recruitment will be open to all potential participants/participants. Recruitment to the project will be at the same time being recruited as a form of support. The project will target the provision of high quality unemployment services, in particular early identification of participants’/cheque needs and the identification of opportunities for professional development. The project will be in line with the relevant Community policies and rules (including: a policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and a concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. The project will be in line with the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, with the Public Procurement Act and the de minimis aid. (English)
