Wsparciem w ramach proj. zostanie objęta grupa 853 osoby (499K,354M). Będą to osoby zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne w PUP z obszaru pow wejherowskiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienie os pozostających bez pracy poprzez poprawę jakości działań na rzecz aktywizacji osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w Urzędzie Pracy w Wejherowie. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: - Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej: 33% uczestników projektu w wieku 50 lat i więcej, 39% kobiet, 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 30% osób dług. bezrob. i 38% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach. Aktywizacja zawodowa rozumiana jest w projekcie jako doprowadzenie do trwałego, tj. trwającego co najmniej 3 miesiące, zatrudnienia dotychczasowych bezr oraz podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu. Te działania przyczynią się do osiągnięcia efektów i wskaźników związanych ze Strategią ZIT. Planowane formy wsparcia: pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych każdego z uczestn projektu w postaci opracowania/modyfikacji IPD; szkolenia – 251os(108K,143M); staże– 297 os(247K,50M);jedn. środki na podjęcie dział. gosp. (dotacje)-245 os(114K,131M)w tym 1K po stażu, 54K i 67M po szkol;refundacje kosztów wyposaż. lub doposaż. stanow. pracy dla skier.bezrob.– 188os(90K,98M)w tym 4K po stażu, 1K po szkol.ind.oraz 1M po szkol; Uczest. proj. zost. objęci pośr pracy i/lub poradnictwem zawodowym.Projekt jest zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym, m.in. ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, ustawą PZP,RPO WP 2014-2020 oraz SzOOP RPO WP 2014-2020 i innymi właściwymi prawodawstwami krajowymi, poz politykami izasadami wspólnotowymi. A group of 853 persons (499K, 354M) will be assisted in the framework. They will be those registered as unemployed in the PUP from the area of the entry into the jherowski. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of jobless people by improving the quality of activation measures for unemployed persons registered with the Labour Office in Wejherowo. Specific objectives of the project: — Activation of the profession at least: 33 % of project participants aged 50 and over, 39 % women, 33 % of people with disabilities, 30 % of people with disabilities and 38 % of low skilled participants. Professional activation shall be understood in the project as a permanent, i.e. lasting 3 months, lasting at least and an increase in the employability of participants in the project. These actions will contribute to the achievement of the impact and indicators linked to the ITI strategy. Planned forms of support: in-depth analysis of skills, suitability and professional problems for each project involved in the development/modification of IPDs; 251os (108K, 143M); stawi-297 os (247K, 50M); (grants) -245 os (114K, 131M) including 1 K for training after a traineeship, 54K and 67M after school; refunds for equipment costs and/or retrofitting with a strong job for 188-s (90K, 98M) including 4 K after the traineeship, 1K after training, and 1M after school; The draft shall be consistent with the relevant Community policies and rules (including equal opportunities and non-discrimination policy and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation, including the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, Act of the Public Procurement Act, the 2014-2020 ROP and the Regional Operational Programme for ROP PP 2014-2020 and other relevant national legislation, as well as Community policies and principles. Proj strengthens metropolitan functions through support and cooperation with employers from the OMT.Project is in line with the criteria for the selection of projects adopted in the ITI Strategy.
