Przedmiotowy projekt jest elementem lub częścią kompleksowej rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej obszarów zmarginalizowanych na obszarach miejskich. Zakres inwestycji wynika z zapisów, zatwierdzonego przez Zarząd Województwa Podlaskiego Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Sokółka. Celem głównym projektu jest przeciwdziałanie degradacji przestrzeni zurbanizowanej, zjawiskom kryzysowym, pobudzanie rozwoju i zmian jakościowych, prowadzonych wspólnie przez władzę samorządową, społeczność lokalną i innych uczestników. Z efektów projektu korzystać będzie rocznie około 2000 mieszkańców gminy Sokółka(w roku 2020). Zakres inwestycji (lokalizacja Osiedle Zielone) obejmuje wykonanie: – ciągu pieszo – rowerowego wraz z miejscami odpoczynku dla pieszych i rowerów – slipu do wodowania sprzętu wodnego – pomostu i kładki pływającej – schodów terenowych w miejscu istniejących schodów –wykonanie placu zabaw wraz z siłownią plenerową oraz towarzyszącą infrastrukturą komunikacyjną: chodnik, zatoczki postojowe na rowery, ścieżka piesza oraz małej architektury: urządzenia rekreacyjne, ławki, kosze na śmieci, stojaki rowerowe, ogrodzenie, tablice informacyjne jak i terenem zieleni urządzonej: trawnik, nasadzenia, palisada drewniana – ambony widokowej. Okres realizacji projektu to III kwartał 2018 -III kwartał 2019 r. Wartość kwalifikowalna projektu to ponad 4,4 mln zł, z czego 70 % stanowi dotacja z EFRR, a 10% dotacja z budżetu państwa. Niniejszy projekt jest uzupełnieniem interwencji EFS. (Polish)

The project is part or part of comprehensive physical, economic and social regeneration of marginalised urban areas. The scope of the investment is based on records, approved by the Executive Board of Podlaskie Province. The aim of the project is to combat the degradation of urbanised areas, to crisis, to stimulate development and quality changes, carried out jointly by the local government, the local community and other participants. The project will benefit from the project’s effects annually about 2000 inhabitants of the municipality of Sokółka (in 2020). The range of investments (the location of Osiedle Zielone) shall consist of the execution of: — walk and cycling with pedestrian and bicycle resting places to launch water equipment — bridge and floating footbridge — Field stairs in the place of the existing stairs — construction of a playground with an outdoor chamber and accompanying communication infrastructure: pavement, bicycle backers, walking path and small architecture: leisure facilities, benches, garbage bins, cycle racks, fencing, information boards and central green spaces: lawn, planting, wooden window pad. Project implementation period is III quarter 2018 Q2019. the project’s eligible costs are more than PLN 4,4 million, 70 % of which is ERDF subsidy and 10 % from the state budget.
