Główny problem uzasadniający potrzebę realizacji projektu to deficyt wykwalifikowanej siły roboczej w związku z trwającymi w woj. opolskim procesami emigracji i depopulacji przy jednoczesnym zapotrzebowaniu na pracowników, w tym z zagranicy. Problemem jest również wysoka stopa bezrobocia w woj. opolskim, zwłaszcza na obszarach wiejskich, a także duże trudności związane z wejściem i utrzymaniem się na rynku pracy osób z grup defaworyzowanych. Związane jest to m.in. z brakiem praktycznego doświadczenia zawodowego lub niedostosowaniem posiadanych kwalifikacji do wymogów regionalnego rynku pracy oraz utrudnionym dostępem do wysokiej jakości kursów podnoszących kwalifikacje, co utrudnia planowanie rozwoju zawodowego i ogranicza możliwości znalezienia pracy. Szczegółowe uzasadnienie potrzeby realizacji projektu zostało zawarte w pkt. 3.5 wniosku. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie do końca 09.18 r. aktywności zawodowej i podniesienie kwalifikacji 30 osób w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy (bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy oraz nieaktywnych zawodowo) oraz zamieszkujących w woj. opolskim na terenie powiatu prudnickiego, brzeskiego, nyskiego, głubczyckiego lub namysłowskiego. Wszyscy uczestnicy projektu otrzymają indywidualne i kompleksowe wsparcie w postaci doradztwa zawodowego, wsparcia psychologicznego, szkolenia, stażu, a także dobrej jakości ofertę zatrudnienia prowadzącą do podjęcia i utrzymania przez nich zatrudnienia. W wyniku realizacji projektu zakładamy osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej na wymaganym poziomie dla poszczególnych grup uczestników projektu, Projekt zakłada podmiotowy i czynny udział uczestników projektu w ustaleniu i realizacji własnej ścieżki dojścia do podjęcia zatrudnienia. Wsparcie oferowane uczestnikom projektu, stanowi odpowiedź na specyfikę wewnątrzregionalną zgodnie z RSI Woj. Opolskiego do roku 2020. The main problem justifying the need for the project is the shortage of qualified labour in view of the ongoing immigration and depopulation processes in Poland, while at the same time requiring workers, including from abroad. The high rate of unemployment in Opolskie Province, especially in rural areas, is also a problem, and the difficulties associated with the entry and maintenance of disadvantaged groups in the labour market are also serious. This is linked, among other things, to the lack of practical work experience or failure to comply with the requirements of the regional labour market and difficult access to high-quality training courses, which hinders the planning of professional development and limits the possibilities of finding a job. A detailed statement of the reasons for the need for the project is set out in point. 3.5 of the proposal. The main aim of the project is to increase participation by the end of 09.18 and to upgrade the skills of 30 people aged over 29, who are unemployed (unemployed, job-seekers and inactive people) and who reside in Opolskie Province, Brest, Nyski, deafness or reflection. All project participants will receive individual and comprehensive support in the form of vocational guidance, psychological support, training, traineeships and quality employment offering to take up and maintain employment. As a result of the project, we assume the employment efficiency at the required level for the different groups of project participants, the project involves the personal and active participation of project participants in establishing and implementing their own pathways to employment. The support offered to participants in the project is a response to regional specificities in line with the Woj RSI. Opolskie until 2020.
