PR zakłada utw. oraz utrzymanie 40 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziec. do lat 3 w tym dzieci niepeł. poprzez utworzenie żłobka w Mordarce w GWL. Gł. celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrud. osób, które pełnią funkcje opiekuń. nad dziec. do lat 3 dzięki usunięciu bariery braku miejsc opieki dla dziecka w przypadku powrotu lub wejścia na rynek pracy opiekunów tychże dzieci. Pr. sprzyjał będzie w ten sposób łączeniu życia zawodowego z prywatnym. Gr. doc.stanowią osoby powracające lub wchodzące na rynek pracy, które obecnie w nim nie uczestniczą ze względu na pełnienie fkc. i opiekun. nad dziec. do lat 3 z terenu pow. lim.Gł. zad. realizowane w ramach pr. to: prace remontowoadaptacyjne dostosowanie budynku do wymogów budowlanych, sanitarnohigien. bezpieczeństwa p.pożarowego, organizacja pomieszczeń, adaptacja pomieszczeń zakup i montaż odpowiedniego wyposażenia i pomocy, a także organizacja opieki nad dziećmi zatrudnienie personelu, wyżywienie i inne, rekr. i zarządzanie projektem. Rezultatem projektu będzie upowszechnienie dostępu do form op. nad dziec. do lat 3, zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3, wsparcie godzenia życia zawod. i prywat. W ramach projektu powstanie 1 żłobek, dysponujący 40 nowymi miejscami opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w tym niepełnosp. w pełni wyposażony, zapewniający prof. opiekę na najwyższym poziomie, dostosowany do potrzeb rodziców pracujących dogodne godz. otwarcia, pełne wyż. dzieci itp. 40 os. powracających lub wchodzących na rynek pracy po przewie związanej z ur. ilub opieką nad dziec. do lat 3 otrzyma wsparcie w godzeniu życia zawod. i prywat. w postaci zapewnienia profesjonalnej opieki nad dziećmi. The PR provides for the creation and maintenance of 40 new childcare places over the 3s, including incomplete children by setting up a crèche in Mordarce in GWL. The aim of the project is to increase the level of employees who have a caring role for children up to the 3s by removing the barrier to a child’s lack of care in the event of the return or entry into the labour market of carers of those children. The project has thus favoured a combination of work and private life. GR. they are people who return or enter the labour market, who are currently not taking part in the labour market because of the work carried out by them in the 3-year old area. fitting-out work to adapt the building to the construction, hygiene safety and safety of the building, the organisation of premises, the adaptation of premises, the fitting of appropriate equipment and assistance, and the organisation of childcare facilities for staff, meals and others, and the management of the project. The project will result in the expansion of access to the forms of op. over the work of the children up to the 3s, increasing the employment of childcare workers up to the 3s, supporting the reconciliation of work and privatisation. The project will create 1 crèche facilities with 40 new childcare facilities up to the age of 3, which is fully equipped to provide the highest level of care, adapted to the needs of parents who work in dignity at the beginning, full superiority of children, etc. 40 will receive support in reconciling professional and private life to provide professional care for children, either returning or entering the labour market after having been dependent on the birth and care of children up to the 3s.
