Celem projektu jest wzrost dostępności i jakości usług zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu na ternie gminy Zawoja poprzez utworzenie placówki zapewniającej dzienną opiekę oraz aktywizację osób niesamodzielnych. GD stanowi 140 uczestników z terenu Gminy Zawoja. Zad: Utworzenie placówki zapewniającej dzienną opiekę osób niesamodzielnych -usługi opiekuńczo-pielęgnacyjne, usługi aktywizująco–usprawniające i wspomagające. Wskaźniki: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w programie, liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami, liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych, istniejących po zakończeniu projektu, liczba uczestników, którzy skorzystają ze wsparcia w ramach szkoleń wspomagających, liczba uczestników, którzy podniosą swoje umiejętności w ramach szkoleń wspomagających Okres 01.03.2017r.-31.12.2019 r. The aim of the project is to increase the availability and quality of services preventing poverty and social exclusion in the territory of the municipality of Zawoja by setting up an establishment that provides daily care and animation of dependent persons. GD is 140 participants from the area of the municipality of Zawoja. Zd: The establishment of a facility providing for the daily care of dependent persons — care and support services, activation and support services. Indicators: The number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion with regard to social services of general interest in the Programme, the number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities, the number of participants supported in the programme of the social services sites existing at the end of the project, the number of participants that will benefit from the support provided by the training courses, the number of participants who increase their skills in support of the period 01.03.2017 to 31.12.2019.
