Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa łącznie 4,846 km grawitacyjnej sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w miejscowościach Ochotnica Dolna oraz Ochotnica Górna położonych na obszarze aglomeracji Ochotnica Dolna o równoważnej liczbie mieszkańców 8700 z oczyszczalnią ścieków zlokalizowaną w miejscowości Tylmanowa. Aglomeracja wyznaczona została rozporządzeniem Wojewody Małopolskiego z dn. 8.11.2005 r. nr 6105 i jest ujęta w Krajowym Programie Oczyszczania Ścieków Komunalnych w aktualnym wykazie aglomeracji V KPOSK oraz w Master Planie pod pozycja PLMP0770. Gmina Ochotnica Dolna oświadcza, iż ścieki odprowadzane z nowo wybudowanej sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej będą po zakończeniu projektu inwestycyjnego odprowadzane do oczyszczalni Tylmanowa spełniającej wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych Dz. U. L 13540 z 30.5.1991 oraz Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie warunków, jakie należy spełnić przy wprowadzaniu ścieków do wód lub ziemi, oraz w sprawie substancji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska wodnego Dz. The project consists of the construction of a total 4.846 km of a gravity sewerage network in the villages of Voluntary Lower Voluntary ica and the Voluntary Mountains area situated in the area of the agglomeration of Voluntary WWTP located in the town of Tylmanowa. The agglomeration was designated by Regulation of the Governor of Małopolskie Province on 8.11.2005 No 6105 and is included in the National Waste Water Treatment Programme in the updated list of agglomerations of V KPOSK and in the Master Plan under PLMP0770. The municipality of Voluntary Lower College declares that the waste water coming from the newly built sewage system will be discharged into the type of sewage treatment plant at the end of the investment project, meeting the requirements of Council Directive 91271/EEC of 21 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment.
