POWIAT GOSTYNIŃSKI

Projekt polega na wsparciu 152 uczniów (w tym 60% dziewcząt) z 3 szkół ponadgimnazjalnych powiatu gostynińskiego, a wraz z nimi 40 nauczycieli przedmiotów ogólnych (80% kobiet). Wszystkie 3 szkoły znajdują się na terenie powiatu(teren do 25 tys. mieszkańców). Projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie jst (Powiatu Gostynińskiego) z organizacją pozarządową (ZDZ w Płocku). Wsparcie będzie polegało na wdrożeniu 3 programów edukacyjnych, bazujących na wynikach diagnozy potrzeb szkół w zakresie obszaru wsparcia oraz indywidualnych potrzebach rozwojowych, edukacyjnych i możliwościach psychofizycznych uczniów. Każda szkoła wdroży działania zw.z podnoszeniem poziomu kompetencji kluczowych, zwiększaniem kompetencji z przedmiotów przyrodniczych i matematyki oraz korzystaniem z TIK i nauczaniem opartym na metodzie eksperymentu. Uzupełnieniem tych działań będzie wdrożenie produktu finalnego projektu innowacyjnego Partnera, dostosowanego do specyfiki projektu i szkolnictwa ogólnego. Dzięki zastosowaniu produktu zostanie utworzona sieć współpracy szkół gostynińskich w obszarze kompetencji kluczowych i nauczania na metodzie eksperymentu -upowszechnienie materiałów edukacyjno-szkoleniowych, stworzenie międzyszkolnych pracowni przedmiotów przyrodniczych czy też nawiązanie współpracy dot.wykorzystania zasobów TIK przez inne placówki. Wszelkie materiały edukacyjno-szkoleniowe powstałe w toku projektu, będą udostępniane na zasadzie wolnej licencji na stronach intern.Powiatu, ZDZ w Płocku oraz szkół objętych projektem. Wskaźnikiem rezultatu będzie liczba szkół wykorzystujących sprzęt TIK i szkół z doposażonymi pracowniami przedmiotowymi, liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe oraz liczba nauczycieli, którzy nabyli kompetencje w obszarze projektu. Projekt jest zgodny z zasadą równości szans K i M, niedyskryminacji i zrównoważonego rozwoju(zasady horyzontalne UE)i jest ukierunkowany na podnoszenie u uczniów komp.kluczowych, właściwych postaw i umiej.niezbędnych na rynku pracy (Polish)

The project consists of the support of 152 students (including 60 % of girls) from 3 upper secondary schools of Gostyniński district and with 40 teachers of general subjects (80 % of women). All 3 schools are located in the district (area up to 25 inhabitants). The project will be carried out in the jst (District of Gostyń) with a non-governmental organisation (ZDZ in Płock). Support will be provided through the implementation of 3 educational programmes, building on the results of the diagnosis of school needs in the area of support and individual educational, educational and mental individual students’ needs. Each school will implement activities aimed at raising the level of key competences, the strengthening of science and mathematics (mathematics) competences, and the use of ICT and experimentation. This will be complemented by the implementation of the product of the final project of an innovative Partner, adapted to the specificities of the project and of the general education. With the use of the product, a network of cooperation of the Gostyni-based schools in the field of key competences and teaching will be created in the field of experimentation, the creation of learning and training materials, the creation of inter-school natural subjects, or the establishment of cooperation with the use of ICT resources by other establishments. All educational and training materials resulting from the course of the project will be made available on the basis of free licenses on the websites internat, ZDZ in Płock and the schools covered by the project. The output indicator will be the number of schools using the ICT equipment and schools with the retrofitted ones, the number of pupils who have acquired the key competences and the number of teachers who have acquired competence in the project area. The project is in line with the principles of equal opportunities for both K and M, non-discrimination and sustainable development (EU horizontal rules) and aims at raising the key, appropriate attitudes and skills needed in the labour market for students.
