Głównym przedmiotem projektu jest zakup ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego wraz ze sprzętem zamontowanym na stałe dla OSP Gąbin. Samochód wyposażony będzie w podwozie z napędem min. 6x6, kat. pojazdu samochodowego II (uterenowniony), silnik o mocy min. 460 KM oraz zbiornikiem na środek gaśniczy o pojemności 9500–12000 litrów. Projekt swym zakresem obejmuje, także zakup dodatkowego spec. sprzętu: - z zakresu ochrony przeciwpowodziowej dla OSP Gąbin–motopompy szlamowej o wydajności minimum 1200 l/min z napędem spalinowym oraz niezbędnym wyposażeniem (4 szt. węża ssawnego W-75/200 ŁA, smok do pompy szlamowej z nasadą 75, 4 szt. węża tłocznego W-75/20 ŁA); - dla grup poszukiwawczo-ratowniczych dla OSP Gąbin–kamera termowizyjna. Celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności systemu reagowania i ratownictwa oraz minimalizowanie skutków katastrof naturalnych na terenie Miasta i Gminy Gąbin, poprzez zakup ciężkiego wozu ratowniczo-gaśniczego ze sprzętem zamontowanym na stałe oraz dodatkowego specjalistycznego sprzętu. Pozostałe cele to: poprawa wyposażenie OSP, unowocześnienie taboru wozów bojowych OSP, dbałość o stan środowiska przyrodniczego, poprawa bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców oraz warunków pracy i bezpieczeństwa strażaków. Beneficjentem środków końcowych EFRR jest Miasto i Gmina Gąbin (gmina miejsko-wiejska), beneficjentem ostatecznym, jak i grupą docelową będą strażacy ratownicy z OSP Gąbin oraz mieszkańcy Miasta i Gminy Gąbin oraz gmin okolicznych wspierani tą jednostką operacyjno-techniczną. Projekt dzieli się na fazę przedinwestycyjną, która związana jest z opracowaniem dokumentacji i przeprowadzeniem procedury przetargowej oraz fazę inwestycyjną związaną z zakupem samochodu strażackiego i specjalistycznego sprzętu. Za poszczególne etapy wdrożenia projektu, tj. złożenie wniosku, zamówienia publiczne, monitoring, rozliczenie, nadzór nad inwestycją odpowiedzialni będą pracownicy z Urzędu Miasta i Gminy Gąbin, natomiast nad eksploatacją czuwać będzie Prezes OSP. The main object of the project is the purchase of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with equipment permanently installed for the Brown-TSO. The car will be equipped with a motor vehicle in chassis with a minimum of 6x6 motor vehicle category II (off-road motor vehicle II), an engine with a minimum capacity of 460 KM and a fire extinguishing agent with a capacity of 9500-12000 litres. The project also covers the purchase of additional active equipment: — in the field of flood management for the TSO Gąb-motorcycle with a minimum yield of 1 200 l/min with combustion drive and the necessary equipment (4 swny W-75/200 wd, drat to the sludge pump with an adapter of 75, 4 discharge hose W-75/20); — for search and rescue groups for the TSO Gąb-camera. The aim of the project is to improve the efficiency of the response and rescue system and minimise the impact of natural disasters in the town and municipality of Gąbin, by purchasing heavy rescue and firefighting vehicles with fixed equipment and additional specific equipment. The other objectives are to: improving the equipment of the TSOs, upgrading the rolling stock of TSOs, taking care of the state of the environment, improving the safety of the occupants and the working conditions and safety of firefighters. The beneficiary of the final measures of the ERDF is the City and Gmina Gąbin (urban-rural municipality), the final beneficiary and the target group will be the firemen of the Gąbin TSOs and residents of the town and municipality of Gąbin and local municipalities supported by this operational and technical unit. The project is divided into a pre-investment phase that is linked to the documentation and tender procedure and the investment phase associated with the purchase of a fire-fighter’s car and specific equipment. At the various stages of the implementation of the project, i.e. the submission of the application, the public procurement, the monitoring, the settlement, the supervision of the investment will be the responsibility of the employees of the town hall and of the municipality of Gąbin, while the President of the TSO will monitor the operation of the project.
