Projekt (P.) zlokalizowany na ter. woj. lubelskiego, w pow. radzyńskim, w gm. Ulan-Majorat(GU).Teren P. obejmuje 20 miejscowości w GU. Zakres P. zakłada instalację 360 szt. zestawów kolektorów słonecznych i 19 kotłów na pellet w obiektach prywatnych do przygotowania C.W.U. o łącznej mocy 1,81MW. P. przewiduje również zaprojektowanie i wykonanie portalu internetowego, który będzie pełnił funkcje edukacyjne, promocyjne oraz oferował usługi on-line. Łączna liczba mieszkańców GU korzystających (GRUPA DOCELOWA) z efektów realizacji P. wyniesie ok.1300 w 369 obiektach. Instalacje, będące przez cały okres trwałości (5lat) własnością GU, będą usytuowane na budynkach stanowiących własność osób prywat., z którymi GU. podpisała umowy użyczenia. GŁÓWNYM CELEM P. jest zwiększenie stosowania OZE na terenie GU. Cele szczegół.: CEL 1: Upowszechnienie technologii wytwarzania czystej energii wśród mieszk. poprzez powszechny montaż OZE na terenie gminy [379 szt. o łącznej mocy 1,81MW w 2018r.,produkcja 1465,09MWht w 2019r.].; CEL 2: Redukcja zanieczyszczeń powietrza atmosferycznego poprzez zmniejsz. emisji związków szkodliwych dzięki zwiększ. udziału energii ze źródeł odnawialnych [1113,06 t. ekwiwalentu CO2 / rok od 2019r.].CEL 3: Zmniejsz. obciążeń finansowych społeczności lokalnej wynikających z opłat za energię dzięki utworzeniu indywidualnych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE [379 instalacji od 2018r.]. Teren gm. Ulan-Majorat objęty jest "Programem ochrony powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej". Zgodnie z nim na terenie gm. Ulan-Majorat nie stwierdzono przekroczeń. (Polish)

Project (P) located in the territory of Lubelskie Province, in the county of Ulan-Majorat (GU).Teren P. comprises 20 localities in the GU. The scope of P. envisages the installation of 360 units of solar collectors and 19 boilers for pellets in private facilities for the preparation of hot water for a total capacity of 1.81 MW. P. also provides for the design and execution of an online portal that will serve as educational, promotional and online services. The total population of the GU of the users (GRUPA DOCELWA) with the results of the implementation of Ms P. will amount to 1300 in 369 sites. Installations which are owned by the GU during its lifetime (5 years) will be located on buildings owned by people at the stage of privatisation with which GU. has signed loan agreements. The main purpose of CELEM P. is to increase the use of RES in the GU area. Specific objectives: OBJECTIVE 1: The generalisation of the production of clean energy to the residential sector through the universal assembly of RES in the municipality [379 with a total capacity of 1.81 MW in 2018, production of 1465,09MWht in 2019]; OBJECTIVE 2: Reduction of emissions of ambient air by reducing the emission of harmful compounds by increasing the share of energy from renewable sources [1 113.06 t CO2/rok since 2019].Objective 3: Minority of the financial burden of local communities resulting from the energy levy due to the creation of individual RES installations [379 installations since 2018]. The area of the Ulan-Majorat area is covered by the “Air Protection Programme for the Lublin Zone”. According to it, no exceedances were identified in the area of the Ulan-Majorat area. (English)
