Celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac B+R zrealizowanych na zamówienie przez przedsiębiorstwo LUBARTOWSKA FABRYKA OKIEN I DRZWI "FER-PLAST" R.BRZEZINSKI, D.KWIATKOWSKA SJ" (dalej FER-PLAST) poprzez uruchomienie produkcji nowego produktu - hybrydowej stolarki budowlanej zintegrowanej z płytkami do szklenia z tworzyw wtórnych - przy użyciu innowacyjnych technologii wytwórczych. Nowy produkt umożliwi oferowanie Klientom stolarki budowlanej o złożonych geometrycznie strukturach, obróbkę profili hybrydowych o długościach większych niż 4 metry oraz przekroju poprzecznym ok. 0,3x0,3m o dużej dokładności wytworzenia i bardzo dobrych wartościach chropowatości powierzchni. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty przez realizację zadania: 1. Zakup sprzętu i oprogramowania niezbędnego do wdrożenia wyników prac B+R poprzez produkcję hybrydowej stolarki budowlanej oraz rozbudowę budynku zakładu produkcji o przestrzeń magazynową i administracyjno-biurową. The purpose of the project is to implement the results of the R & D work carried out on the contract by LUBARTOWSKA for the OKIEN I DRZWi plant FER-PLAST ‘FER-PLAST’ R.BRZEZINSKI, D.KWIATKOWSKA SJ '(hereinafter FER-PLAST), by launching the production of a new product — the hybrid building joinery integrated with tiles made of plastic glazing — using innovative manufacturing technologies. The new product will make it possible to offer builders’ joinery of geometrically complex structures, treat hybrid profiles with lengths greater than 4 metres and cross the cross section. 0,3x0.3 m with high precision surface roughness and very good surface roughness values. The objective of the project will be achieved by carrying out the following tasks: 1. Purchase of equipment and software necessary to implement the results of the R & D output through the production of hybrid joinery and the extension of a production facility for warehouse and administrative facilities.
